Sip your morning coffee or evening wine across three outdoor spaces, explore nearby beaches and local restaurants, or launch a kayak straight from the dock (kayaks and life jackets included). We also provide boogie boards, beach gear, and a fishing pole — so you can pack light and play more.

Main deck overlooking the canal

🛏 Second Floor: Upstairs you’ll find comfortable, private sleeping spaces and added conveniences:
Primary Suite: King bed, ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony
Second Bedroom: Queen bed, TV, and private hallway bathroom
Living Room Sofa Bed: Accommodates two additional guests
All additional beds are Queen size
Hallway Laundry Room with detergent provided for your convenience
Pack ’n Play with sheets available for infants

🐾 Pets:
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with the following guidelines:
Maximum of 2 dogs, each under 50 lbs
Dogs may not be left unattended inside the home at any time
A pet fee applies for up to 2 pets per stay.


📋 House Rules: To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe the following:
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please respect our neighbors
Treat our home as you would your own
No smoking
No parties or events
Lost or forgotten items can be returned at the guest’s expense
No campers or motor homes allowed in the driveway (HOA rules)
A rental agreement is required prior to check-in
Age for booking 24+
Host is not responsible for vehicles illegally parked and towed by the city or HOA
