I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very satisfied. Before arriving I was concerned with location because it's not on the main strip, however I ended up liking it better because you can skip a lot of traffic with Teaster Ln. The condo was a good size and fair price. I will definitely be recommending this place to others.

Very clean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean. It was in good shape except the carpets and sofas looked a little worn. Late check in was very easy. The only negative for us was the condo was advertised as “next door to the trolley stop” - the trolley stop was down a very steep drive and across a busy road, not really doable for our party so we just drove everywhere.

End of Summer Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying at Cherokee Lodge. Good location off the main strip and we got used to the traffic noise. Layout of the condo was quite spacious. Very clean but could use some updating of furniture in living area. Office and maintenance staff were very friendly and helpful. We ate several times at the Old Mill Pottery Cafe. We will definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here many times in the past. This year the room was great as usual, but the traffic noise was as awful! You couldn’t carry on conversations with the people you were with. I know it’s not the fault of the facility, but I think the local police should have been called to the area. There was a conference at the LaConte with thousands of seniors in attendance as well as the normal families just in the area for a vacation. Police presence would have been appreciated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was located in a great location. Easy access to Dollywood and all other Pigeon Forge attractions. The condo was roomy but could have used more chairs or stools since the condo slept six but only had dining accommodations for 4. The room was clean and the staff was great.

Short weekend trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Office clerk standing outside office doors smoking. Had to walk through smoke to check out. That is a health hazard and should be in an area away from other people, especially guests. ADA height toilets would have be nice in the bathrooms l, a door on the laundry area, as the washer is very noisy, large dent in the freezer part of the refrigerator. Overall, a very good trip. Will plan to stay in the future. Main complaint was the smoking at the office door. They should have areas away from the guests.

October in Tennessee

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very nice. The toilet paper holder in the master bedroom fell off the wall when trying to use the toilet paper. And it would have been very nice to have had some small amenities (shampoo/conditional), coffee/tea, sugar/salt and pepper, like we’ve found in similar accommodations.
