Retraite calme, spacieuse et sereine située dans un cadre boisé privé

Une allĂ©e privĂ©e fermĂ©e mĂšne au chalet et ses 160 acres de sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© pittoresque calme. Cette maison offre un plan d'Ă©tage spacieux et ouvert (environ 2 000 pieds carrĂ©s), et de nombreuses fenĂȘtres engloutissant une dans le soleil, le calme et la nature.

Le logement est louĂ© Ă  la semaine du samedi au samedi pendant les premiĂšres semaines d'Ă©tĂ© et peut Ă©galement ĂȘtre louĂ© quotidiennement par la suite.

Agréments:

Intérieur - Le niveau principal comprend une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, une chambre avec lit queen et une salle de bain complÚte (tous les draps et serviettes fournis). L'espace de vie est un aménagement ouvert avec de hauts plafonds et une grande cheminée à bois en pierre des champs. Il y a une véranda de bonne taille équipée d'un futon pour dormir plus. Le loft à l'étage a 2 lits queen et une autre baignoire pleine grandeur.

AC et laveuse / sécheuse également fournis.

ExtĂ©rieur - Les 160 acres privĂ©s comprennent 2 lacs alimentĂ©s par une source, idĂ©al pour la baignade, la pĂȘche, la randonnĂ©e, etc. Le radeau de natation, le bateau de pĂȘche, le kayak et le pĂ©dalo sont inclus.

Les autres caractéristiques extérieures comprennent un foyer, un platelage spacieux et des grils à gaz et à charbon.

Le chalet est une escapade hivernale parfaite avec la raquette, le ski de fond (sur la propriété et à proximité des sentiers VASA) et des kilomÚtres de sentiers de motoneige juste devant la porte!

Nous avons Ă©galement plus de propriĂ©tĂ©s dans un mile du chalet qui pourraient ĂȘtre utilisĂ©es en combinaison avec le chalet pour accueillir un plus grand groupe (VRBO Listing # 653026 The Cabin, et # 1654154 The Lodge)!

The location was perfect for what we were looking for: a waterview, peaceful surroundings. We were able to use kayaks and to hike a trail. Was definitely pet friendly and the fall colors were spectacular. Owners were friendly and helpful.

The lake and property are absolutely beautiful and provided the relaxing vacation we were looking for. Our kids enjoyed kayaking, swimming, and fishing, as well as the many ATV trails right out of the driveway. My wife and I enjoyed coffee every morning on the dock. Carole was a fabulous communicator, answered all of our questions quickly, and did everything to make sure we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

Quiet getaway

This property was beautiful! So relaxing, and quiet. The chalet had everything we needed. We saw several deer while walking the trails. Carole was so nice, and helpful. She checked in with us the next day, just to make sure everything was okay.

Great family Getaway

This place was amazing! Great location, and beautiful lake. Our family enjoyed the long hiking trails, paddle boat, kayaks and row boats. We even got to bring our pups! Only a short drive to Traverse City, We will definitely be back!

Will be back!

We had a wonderful week, wish we had stayed longer. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboating and enjoying the home! We planned to leave more but loved the property we spent more time at the home. Not sure if the dogs or teens had more fun 💜 plenty of space, had dinners on the deck and had a wonderful week! We will be back!

Peaceful Stay on Fife Lake

We had a wonderful time visiting this property on Fife Lake. We came into town to run in the Bayshore 10k but wanted to get away from the hustle and bustle of Traverse City on Memorial Day weekend. We found the perfect spot to do that! The cottage is beautiful, spacious, very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen, playing games inside and games of catch outside in the large yard, sitting on the dock taking in the beautiful sunshine, reading on the deck, a bonfire, and lots of quality family time. The property is very peaceful and serene. We saw swans, herons and had the unique opportunity to watch a turtle lay her eggs in the driveway! Carole is a very gracious, kind and supportive host! Highly recommend a stay at this lovely property.

Beautiful place to getaway

My husband and I spent the weekend here with our dogs in October. The fall colors around the lake were unparalleled. Kitchen was stocked, bed was comfy, plenty of room for the dogs to run. We walked through the forest to the other lake and watched bald eagles. Deer came to visit in the evening. Nice quiet and relaxing stay.

Gorgeous lake house

We enjoyed a chilly fall extended weekend. Chalet is well planned and functional, plugs and lights where you want them, etc. We were delighted to find we could leave our cotton thermal blankets in their bag, since the hosts have them on the beds. I enjoyed cooking in the well supplied kitchen. Hubbie worked a bit, internet slows down a lot on the weekend (like most places up north), so watching shows that I downloaded early in the morning through my phone’s hot spot worked quite well. A wonderful get away.

Piece of Heaven

Quiet, Peaceful stay on the edge of a beautiful little lake. Area is a hiker's paradise inhabited with loads of wildlife. House was like home and Carole was accomodating without being intrusive. Great House, Great Location, Great Time.

Serene Piece of Paradise

Our weekend stay here was too short! This very private spot, surrounded by woods with a small lake for paddling was perfect for relaxing on the large deck and watching the dogs run and play. The house had everything we needed and Carole was very accessible for questions. We hope to be able to return some day!

Chalet

We had a wonderful week stay at the Chalet. Carol was a gracious host and immediately responded to any questions. We made use of the lake for floating and fishing; catching bluegills and sunfish on every outing. The home was well equipped with everything we needed and the peaceful location was everything we could have wanted. We will definitely be back.

I live in Grand Haven in the woods on the beach and have been coming up to the Fife Lake area for the past 20 years. I spend much of my time up north. My neighbors in GH, who come only in the summer, always wonder why I could possibly be going any where else!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

My husbands father built his cabin in Fife Lake in the forties. We loved the woods and beautiful lakes in the area and subsequently found our own place on Downs Lake in 1994. The Chalet, also on Downs lake was purchased in 2002. The original cabin, close by, has been renovated and can be rented along with the Chalet.

The chalet is a peaceful place in the center of nature. Watch and observe closely, you will not be disappointed.
