If you'd rather not walk, simply hop on the complimentary Beaver Run shuttle.

Inside, you'll find a spacious, updated one-bedroom condo designed for comfort after a day in the mountains. Step onto the private balcony to watch skiers cruise down the slopes with Baldy Mountain creating a spectacular backdrop. The cozy living room features modern furniture and a wood-burning fireplace. If you run out of firewood, just call the front desk for more. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while the dining table offers plenty of space to gather for breakfast before hitting the slopes or dinner after a day of adventure.

A car isn't necessary during your stay, but if you choose to drive, paid parking for one vehicle is available directly through Beaver Run at check-in. Parking fees are collected by the resort and rates may vary, so please check with the front desk for current pricing.

Please no animals of any kind in the home. Please keep our son safe. He has asthma.

Bedroom. The bedroom features two comfortable queen beds and a wall-mounted TV, making this condo ideal for couples or families. The bathroom includes a convenient tub and shower combination.

Living Room. Cozy and comfortable seating, wood burning fireplace and TV with live channels.

Washer and Dryer. There is a paid washer and dryer in the building.

Parking. The condo comes with paid parking for one car. The heated, underground garage is great, especially during cold, snowy winter nights.

Internet. Free wi-fi throughout the condo.

No AC. No one has it up here, the cool, summer evenings and chilly nights keep the space comfortable. Please open the windows in the evening, and use the fan provided.

BurroTrail is just a short walk away. The beginning of the trail is easy, the trail will take you under the tall trees. Enjoy your walk as you breathe in the crisp mountain air.
