My well decorated, clean and cozy condo features 2 bedroom & 2 bathroom, a pull out twin bed and has an elevator and a balcony. Located on a golf course, just 4 minutes to the beach and 7 to downtown southport! Owner operated for the BEST customer service.

Fully stocked kitchen including air fryer and blender.
Cooler & beach chairs (3) provided. Complimentary coffee bar.
Walking distance to an ICW boat ramp, a waterfront park, coffee shop & beautiful marina featuring 2 restaurants

Open parking with room for multiple vehicles, 3rd floor condo with an elevator. Friendly neighborhood hosts this 2 bed 2 bath large condo, stocked and ready to host your next vacation. Inside you’ll find a spacious set up with high ceilings, an electric fireplace and balcony. Located on a golf course with access to tennis courts. Close to a great waterfront park where you can put your boat in the water or bring the kids to enjoy the playground.

Friendly dogs are allowed, please plan accordingly and bring necessary water/food bowls, crates and doggie bags. Please clean up after your pets. Damage caused to the property can incur a fee.

Perfect little spot!

This was a vacation to celebrate graduation and it was so perfect. The place was adorable, had everything we needed, the extras were nice, great space, the location is literal perfection. It’s in a quiet area and close to everything. I would 100% rent again and recommend to my friends. Check in and check out were SO easy!

Adorable Condo wWith Great Location

We really enjoyed the condo. It exceeded our expectation. The owner communicated timely and was pleasant. The furnishing were very nice and everything was clean...would definitely stay again if we ever return to the area!

We were completely thrilled with this condo and would highly recommend it. It was very clean—something high on my list. It was nicely decorated with a lovely seaside theme, has a nice little balcony, had fun games to play, and the sofas were very comfortable for watching TV.The condo was near the elevator, with parking available near the elevator as well, which made handling luggage easier. And, amazingly, for the first time in YEARS, I was able to sleep without pain or numbness! (Due to spinal problems, this is something I battle regularly.) I wish I had noted what kind of mattress this was, because it was a huge blessing! I had absolutely no pain or numbness while sleeping the entire time we were there!The location was quiet and felt safe and pleasant. And the area had lots of terrific coffee cafes, restaurants, and places to go. The nearby beaches were beautiful!! The atmosphere in the area was like a pleasant, friendly seaside community. Our favorite cafes were Port City Java (exellent coffe, lattes & breakfast sandwiches) and Cafe Koa (an adventure for your taste buds). Highly recommend! The atmosphere was fun. Best ice cream we tried was at Spikes. Homemade, creamy, totally yummy without being over-sweet.Everything was very pleasant for an enjoyable stay, and we’d have absolutely no hesitation to stay there again if in the area. If only we weren’t able to stay longer, ha, ha!

Perfect for Get Away

Super nice accommodation! Will definitely rent again. Clean, well furnished, lots of extras (coffee pods, sweetner total plus), mattress wonderful in Master. Has elevator if needed or easy 3 flights up - unit on top level. Privacy. Allowed our dog. Can't say enough good things, you won't be sorry if you book this!

Such a Lovely Getaway!

My friend and I stayed here on our first trip together since 2015! We were very impressed by how nice and clean the condo was, as well as the attention to detail. The book left on the counter by the host had all the instructions on the condo/tvs/etc, as well as restaurant recommendations and others suggestions on things to do. The host had a great stocked coffee bar, as well as baskets in each bathroom with toothbrushes, soap, or any toiletries we may have forgotten. The condo was also very well decorated and felt like home. I appreciate all the little details that the host prioritized, because the details are what makes a stay memorable and enjoyable. I also had a little issue with the email from VRBO that held the door code. I was able to contact the host and get a very prompt response so that we could get settled quickly after our trip. I would definitely book this sweet little condo again!

Southport Condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was perfect and the host thought of everything you could possibly need. I would highly recommend this property. It was a short drive to the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops to keep you entertained.
