Dans votre condo exquis situĂ© Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la marina de Southport, vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques pas du magnifique Yacht Basin de Southport et du quartier des affaires du centre-ville, oĂč les restaurants et les magasins sont nombreux. Ce condo a seulement 6 unitĂ©s rĂ©sidentielles, offrant beaucoup d'Ă©quipements avec la vie privĂ©e.
Vous profiterez de vues spectaculaires sur l'eau depuis votre grand balcon privĂ© au 2e Ă©tage qui surplombe l'intersection de l'Intercoastal Waterway et de l'embouchure de la riviĂšre Cape Fear. This is an absolutely lovely condo. It's fairly new, and I don't always like new, but it is furnished with warmth and good taste. Everything is there. Parking is no problem and lots of dining options are walkable. Great place.

My mom and I stayed at this condo when I was younger, it was under different owners at that time. When I saw it was avaliable for my birthday weelend in December we booked it, and we are so happy we did. The condo itself is clean, in a great location, and stocked with everything you could think of. The owners were quick to respond, and communicated with us on everything before arrival. When we arrived, they had left a small gift with a card for my birthday. The trip was great and we are hoping to return, with our dog, this summer for a longer stay.

This location is amazing! The views are incredible and the amenities were endless. Clean,modern and uncluttered but yet everything you could need. Beach chairs and towels were so handy for the beach. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. So many activities close by. Loved hanging out on the balcony watching the boats and walking the pier. Laura has thought of everything and I loved the guest book with all the repeat visitors it definitely is comfortable and inviting!

Thanks for your investigating a stay at Pelican Harbor @ Harborside! We are the owners and property managers. We enjoy the opportunity to share Southport and this beautiful condo with guests/visitors. We take pride in working to make your stay a positively memorable experience. The beauty of Southport mesmerized us the first time we come over on the ferry many years ago. Our love of the area pulled us back year after year as we dreamed to make Southport our home one day. We were fortunate to acquire Pelican Harbor @ Harborside 15 years ago and have a desire to share the area with others who enjoy the community as much as we do, or are visiting for the first time.
I have a passion for making homemade soaps filled with essential oils, shea aloe butter and exfoliants. We provide guests a few bars of my soaps to use during their stay. We welcome and invite you to come rest and relax at Pelican Harbor! The water views will soothe your soul.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The condo’s location is in the heart of Southport. The opportunity to watch the happenings at the Morningstar Marina, views look out towards Old Baldy and the Oak Island lighthouses. You can watch as small boats and large ships move within the water channels. One returning guest calls the deck experience as “boat tv”. People and dogs walking by and birds flying and/or exploring the marsh provide constant entertainment. Watching the tidal changes within the Salt Marsh and all the boating activity provides a truly relaxing experience. Fishing options are right outside your door including a small public city pier a block away and the city fishing pier about 0.5 miles away. The bird watching opportunities are also amazing. Caswell Beach is just a short drive over to Oak Island, so within a few minutes of leaving the condo you can be walking on the beach next to the Oak Island Lighthouse instead of looking across the water at it. Southport truly is a relaxation destination and Pelican Harbor is a perfect place to take it all in!
