This newly appointed Seaside gem is perfect for a small family or a few friends to get away for some rest, relaxation, and a little vitamin "sea".😊
Get all comfy in front of the massive flat screen and if tv isn't your thing it's mounted right above a beautiful gas fireplace. Just perfect for those balmy beach nights.
The Kitchen is fully loaded with dishwasher and full size stove and refrigerator. Cook and bakeware is provided to prepare meals for 6 guest. The deck just outside the kitchen has a gas grill, picnic table and plenty of seating. There is also a waffle iron and insta-pot for your convenience.
This house is made for and appointed for guests comfort. Have a seat on the front deck and enjoy the quiet and listen to the waves lapping at the shore, or retire to the living room and the cozy sectional where you can sink in and catch a movie. The back deck has a grill and picnic table or play games or put a puzzle together at the dining room table. Even prepare a gourmet meal in the fully stocked Kitchen. Home was VERY clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all the needed amenities and spices. This was easily one of the best beach homes we have stayed at. The location was wonderful with easy access to the beach and a leisurely 10 minute walk to the main Seaside shopping and food. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at many homes on the Oregon Coast and this was the most well stocked and comfortable home we have visited. Definitely will be back!

This was our second time staying at the Orca Beach house and we absolutely loved it. It’s so close to the beach and all the restaurants and fun things to do in Seaside. We will definitely stay here again.

Great way to Recharge

My family loved staying at the Orca Beach house. Its super close to the boardwalk and beach. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet too! We will definitely stay here again.

Mini family reunion

Absolutely perfect

We have stayed at plenty of beach houses and this was by far the best one we’ve ever stayed in. The location could not be beat, we walked to the promenade every day with 2 toddlers. The cleanliness and layout of the house was perfect for us and the fenced backyard made our pup very happy. We have already talked about booking another trip to seaside solely because this house was so nice.

Cozy, clean with views!

The home is so well kept, kitchen very well stocked (even oils and spices were clean!). All in good working order. Great selection of games, with all their pieces! Very comfortable furnishings. Perfect location, an ocean view from the front deck and less than a block to the prom and beach.

We had an incredible stay at the Orca House in Seaside, Oregon. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and well-appointed the home was. The dĂ©cor strikes a perfect balance between beachy charm and modern comfort, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home.The layout was spacious enough for our group, and the beds were super comfortable — we all slept great! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and we especially appreciated the coffee setup for our slow mornings. The living room was a favorite spot to relax in the evenings, with big windows and a cozy fireplace.The location is ideal — just a short walk to the beach and close to downtown Seaside, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. We loved walking along the Promenade and watching the sunset each night.Communication with the host was smooth and easy, with clear instructions and quick responses to any questions we had.We’d definitely recommend the Orca House to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Seaside. We’re already talking about coming back next year!

Excellent location and home!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Seaside at this cute and spacious beach house. There was plenty of room for us, our two kids, and our dog. Between the big sectional in the living room, two large dining tables, two work desks, and a cute bistro table in the front room (in addition to two outdoor dining spaces) there's lots of space to spread out. It's not featured in the photos of the property but there is a bathtub, which worked out great with small kiddos. Also so nice to have everything on one story, no worries of needing baby gates for stairs and things like that. The only issue we ran into was having some ants come into the kitchen during the rain, but after spraying some cleaning spray they didn't come back. If we'd had ant bait we would have left one out to hopefully provide a more permanent solution. Overall a super positive experience and we would book again here if staying in the area!
