This property was in a great location- lots of restaurants and bars nearby, you walk right onto the beach. There is a beautiful patio for sipping coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. It was well appointed with all the dishes and pans you need to cook in if desired. Host was great to work with. Extremely clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay here! Would highly recommend.

If you are a single woman traveling alone this is EXACTLY where you want to land while staying in Cocoa Beach. The neighbors are retirees and monitor every action at this condo complex. You are absolutely secure. Right in the thick of all the attractions (without Ron Jon traffic problems). Will be staying here next time

Beautiful place! The beachfront view from the patio was perfect for morning coffee or lunch. Private beach access was literally steps from the door! Great location, within walking distance to tons of shops & boutiques. Tons of food options close also. The host was very engaged, answering all of my questions quickly. The property was clean, and offered all of the basic amenities. I would stay here again!
Coffee & a bagel on the private patio!🌞

This unit is awesome! The owner certainly didn't forget all the little touches from having the basic condiments to beach towels/chairs and everything in between. Its perfectly located and the description doesn't do it justice. Any closer to the beach and we will be mermaids. We would 100% rent this unit again and again.

Great stay at Cocoa Beac

We had a great time being so close to the ocean and finding shells. The sunrises were beautiful, and we saw a couple of rockets take off.
