We had great communication with the host. Unit 104 was perfect for our 6 adults. The unit is very well stocked with your every need, was wonderfully clean and spacious. Great amenities, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and beach. Definitely recommend.

Great place, love the location. Walked to restaurants, pool and beach were great! Probably could remove the carpet - maybe created a musty smell but a clean place.

We enjoyed our stay. Main floor entrance was handy and the beach was right there. Loved that we had all we needed to enjoy our stay on the beach!

Wonderful Time At The Sand Castle Condo

Every thing was great. Location was great and also right on a nice beach. The condo had everything you need for a wonderful vacation. And also was very clean. No one would be disappointed staying there!

Enjoyable stay

Property was spacious and clean and very close to the beach. Also convenient to Kennedy Space Center and grocery shopping. Would have liked ceiling fans in the bedrooms but there were standing fans in the closet to compensate. Would stay again.

Few Days in Cocoa Beach

Stayed here for a few days to unwind and enjoy the beach after Disney. Condo has a great location nearby to many dining and shopping options. Condo was as described, clean and had good selection of kitchen and beach items. Would definitely rent again

Sandcastles 104 at Coco Beach.

We were taking a cruise and wanted to get a place close to the port. Turns out, we found a place we might like to rent for a full vacation and not just a few nights. Excellent location, condo well equipped, centrally located, beach a quick walk out the back of the property and an awesome pool and hot tub. Definitely will return....

Overall this condo served our needs as a family of four. Great location and tremendous beach! Has all the cooking materials you could want. Property manager was quick to answer any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for spring break with our family of five.Pros: Plenty of towels and beach towels, two bedrooms provided enough sleeping space, and the host was communicative.So-So: Kitchen amenities were below average, but manageable for a five-day stay.Cons: Cleanliness was the biggest issue. We found half-eaten pretzels under the sheets on the full bed and a partially consumed water bottle between the headboard and mattress, suggesting the bedding may not have been changed. The coffee pot still had old coffee, and several glasses—including wine glasses—were not clean (lipstick marks). The couches also had leftover items from previous guests (fruit loops, a sucker stick, plastic eggs, Easter chocolate) and even a dirty sock inside. The sliding doors open directly to a neighboring condo’s parking lot where construction workers park, which allows a clear view into the unit. The entire condo feels very dated and in need of updates.We also came across a dead rat on the walkway to the beach gate on our second morning—not in the unit, but still unpleasant.Checkout instructions were only sent through VRBO; having them printed in the condo would have helped ensure nothing was missed.Recommendation- Research other options in this area. There are cleaner and more updated units in Sandcastles and the surrounding complexes. Unfortunately, this rental ranks toward the bottom of our VRBO experiences.

This property owners knows how to make a traveler feel welcome! Amazing provisions including an Air Fryer and Crock Pot! Lovely home with Great furnishings and decor! Short walk to the beach! Only drawback is the back patio faces a parking lot. Overall we loved this location within walking distance of downtown!

Pretty nice

We were 4 adults in the unit and there was plenty of room. The unit is somewhat dated but clean.Did not appreciate the construction noise especially on the first few days we were there. Liked that it was a short walk to the beach. They need to provide additional paper products. We would stay again.
