Centrally located home in Charlotte, close to everything! Minutes from South Park which offers shopping and many dining options. Ten minutes from uptown and surrounding area. Ten minutes, from Carowinds Amusement Park and water park. Surrounded by parks and walking trails and close to Lake Wylie. Fully fenced in backyard with a hot tub, fire pit, and screened in porch. Pets are welcome with an additional fee.

The house was great for us and our 2 adult kid and their spouses. The pool table, hot tub and putting green kept everyone entertained and the fenced in yard was perfect for the dog.We would definitely come back!

The property was nice. It was very welcoming when we first arrived. Check in was very simple and easy to do. The house came stocked with just about everything we needed and the additional amenities like the pool table and hot tub made the time spent there that much more enjoyable. A generous thanks to the host is well deserved!

Perfect stay for family

Our stay at this beautiful house could not have been more perfect! Plenty of space for the whole family and super clean, the pictures do not do it justice. We especially loved the pool table and expansive back yard.

Family gathering

Our kids and grandkids were visiting and we took the opportunity to gather at the patriarch’s (great grandfather) location with our extended family for good food and catch up on everyone’s lives. Great time and our VRBO served us very well.

Lovely Home

We were visiting our daughter and our family had plenty of room! We really enjoyed the backyard and firepit. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely for walking and a Greenway was a nice walk from the house. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Perfect in every way

For a family trip including 3 generations, this was the perfect house. Plenty of space and great facilities. There was literally everything we needed for our stay. The road is quiet and the location was perfect for us, visiting our son at Queens.

Don’t hesitate

So a few of us guys went down for a tournament and this place was perfect. Location was ideal. Plenty of room and the back yard is great for hanging out. Neighborhood was nice and not scary to take a walk if you wanted.

Great House!

Great stay for 6 adults

We were enjoying our 3 nights in Charlotte. The property was so nice, that there were no need to go out. Grill, hot tub, billiard table and great spacious common room made time with family entertaining and joyful. All necessary appliances were available in the house.

There were flaws such as the pool table being unlevel and scale buildup in the hot tub. But in all it's a great house and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location

We loved this house and location. The host was very responsive to our questions. The drawback was this house is not handicapped accessible. It is a beautiful tri-level, but no bedrooms or bathrooms on the main floor.

Fabulous home with an AMAZING backyard!

Listen to me when I say BOOK THIS HOME! seriously y’all, this place is fabulous! The location is very ideal in a peaceful neighborhood close to everything. The home was spotless and smelt amazing when we arrived! Not to mention the towels alone had me sold! The hot tub was so clean and the outdoor seating was so cozy. Me and my crew have no complaints. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. Ps-the beds are so comfy!

So nice and comfy

Nice and clean. Not much we had to worry about with our 2 1/2 year old grandson getting ahold of and breaking ( not alot of nic nacs 🙂). Comfortable beds, huge bath towels, stocked kitchen, was close to carowinds, and the owner was so nice and responded quickly when messaged. The only thing I worried about was my grandson falling down the stairs but a quick trip to Walmart for a baby gate fixed that!
