The space

Family visit

The size and location of this home was perfect for our stay. Our family visited the L.A. area to see our brother. We had 6 in our group—the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was just what we needed. Very thankful for the garage as street parking is pretty full. The kitchen had everything we needed for morning breakfasts and evening Sheepshead games! The location was great for us as our brother lived about 10 minutes away. But also—the beaches were an easy drive! We would definitely recommend this place :)

Mixed review

I stayed in this unit for two nights, and one out of the two nights I had no hot water.. We also had a small issue with the Internet. When I requested some sort of compensation for not having hot water half my stay I was ignored by the owner and Vrbo so I thought that was a bit rude and the reason for my low rating
 Other than that the neighborhood is nice but the parking is horrible. If you go during the week there’s only room for two small cars in the garagev so be aware. The overall home itself was beautiful and very clean, which I truly appreciated but the reason for my low rating was definitely the hot water issue.

Cozy Home with Great Access

3 adults in town for business. Overall experience was great - it was exactly what we needed in a location with excellent access to amenities. The home is cozy with plenty of space to stretch out, and while the experience overall was great, there are a few niggling things that could have made it better. Outlet location in the queen and king rooms is a problem unless you have very long cords - bring a power strip. The shower between the twin and queen rooms is either freezing cold or very hot; fortunately, the other bathroom was great and what we all used for showers which made us have to change our schedules a bit... Nothing drastic. Beds were comfortable - the king is memory foam and can get a bit warm, but there's a fan in the closet if you need it. Bedding was perfect. Aesthetically, it's a cute home in a very dense neighborhood, but that L. A. for you. Although I wouldn't consider the updates new (some stains on blinds, loose floor threshold, weird shower) or necessarily upscale (entirely subjective), it was nicely appointed and met our needs. We were comfortable. Regardless of the truly minor issues, I would happily stay again and recommend the property. Oh! And Ghayan, the owner, was easy to communicate with.
