Hard to reach anyone. Strick check in policy.Room was available way before 4pm but wouldn’t let us go in.Couldn’t keep patio door open because of the strong pot smells. Pull out mattress was covered in pizza crumbs from previous persons left over snacks. Sheets were not cleansed and there wasn’t a blanket. Everything else was okay. Not spectacular but it served its purpose. I wouldn’t go back to this resort.

Good but needs some work

Everyrhing was good except for the fridge and freezer not working. I guess the owner placed a small fridge in the room for that reason. They came and looked at it and said they were going to replace the fridge, so hopefully he/she will have it replaced before the next family rents this unit. This would have been a major problem if we would have had bought food for the 4 days we were staying. The elevator situation was the only other complaint. Also the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced. Overall this was a good place to stay.

Good but not great

Overall this was a good place to stay but it needs some attention. They had a small fridge in the room since the kitchen fridge didn't work properly. The freezer didnt work properly either and I'm sure the owner knew since there was a small fridge already in the room. If we would have bought food and drinks for our stay, there would have not been enough rrom in the small fridge to keep everthing cold. I placed a cup of water in the freezer for 2 days and it never froze. The living room furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced. The arms on the chair are a little sticky and the chairs and sofa are pretty wore out. The elevator situation is something that could be better.

Beach trip

Condo is ok, needs a good paint job and the furniture in the living room needs replacing. We could not use the washer because of a broken button to start it notified Vacasa and they said they would make a note of it. Only one lamp in living room and master bedroom so at night you had very little light. Beautiful views and close to shopping and restaurants.

We had a great time! The unit was nice and accommodating. I would recommend updating the living room furniture. It was not very comfortable. The washer and dryer stopped working in the middle of the week but someone came out right away to repair it. We would come back again!

The property is beautiful and has the most georgeous views! The sliding glass doors to the balcony were hard to open and the screen was torn. It would be nice if the patio had an outside light as well as more lighting for the livingroom. I would recommend to have some dish rags as well as the towels for the kitchen. Extra tashbags as well, especially when you have 7 people staying.

Worst vacation ever

The AC unit was leaking before we even got there so we had a puddle throughout our stay. We called property multiple times and they kept saying someone would come and fix it, they never did.

Family Beach Trip

We loved the location of the condo. A good bit of places to eat within walking distance. We never got in our car once we arrived until the day we left. The condo was nice and the view from the master was amazing. My wife drank coffee every morning from the bay window. When we got there we did have to do a little spot check cleaning of the floors because we had a little one crawling around. If I had any complaint it would be that the bathrooms need to be updated. The shower heads need a good cleaning. The lighting in the master bath was a little strange. Overall we would absolutely stay here again. It was a wonferful stay.

Emerald bay resort

This place was beautiful regarding the view, and the location is fantastic. The unit itself was nice but definitely needs a little cleaning and updating. The area rugs are old and Curling up on the corners and could be a tripping hazard. There was some mold on the track of the shower door. An over all deep dusting/ cleaning is needed. Paint on trim especially needs youched up. We still had an awesome time but think that for what we paid for a penthouse unit, it should have been in better shape.

Nice but.......

The view and master bath are the only reason this condo gets any stars. The bay window in the master bedroom is fantastic. Now the negative. This isn't a Vacassa issue but multiple elevators were down during our stay so there is a lot of waiting time to use them. Since we were on the 24th floor stairs were not really an option. There is not enough plates and or silverware stocked it was a constant handwash simple because the dishwasher would have never got full. The hot water heater is not big enough for the size, one shower and the everyone else would have to wait or take cold showers. The TV's need updated with the correct remotes provided. I called the 800 number, not enough wristbands and was told there were 8 left when there were only 6 and the employee basically accused me of lying.

Needs Updating

Check in was simple. Condo was in need of repairs just with a Quick Look around. One light in the living room and master suite was not sufficient. Found all the broken lights in the master suite closet. Several places on the walls were damaged and one drawer in the kitchen had the handle pushed in with the front broken. A light was out in the master bath. Messaged them and sent pictures to tell them to try and fix these issues after we left. Next day we find the dryer doesn’t work and asked them to send someone out to look at it and their reply was to check a few things I already checked. Message them to see about getting it fixed seeing we were spending a week there and needed a dryer to dry our clothes and towels” seeing it was one of the amenities we were told we would have” and no response. By the end of the week the washer quit working also. There is no cooking pans, measuring cups and no spatulas to cook with also so we had to buy cooking supplies at Walmart. Elevators on one side worked good not great. Other side was being updated. Watch the doors on them because they show no mercy on someone being in the way and will close on you when not expected. You have to take an elevator down from the shy bridge to the lobby coming from the parking garage to get to the main elevators to go back up to your room with your luggage. One of those elevators was broken so checking in the line to get in is extensive. One escalator was broken also. Out of space to add more to this.
