Wake up to the sound of crashing waves and unwind with a glass of wine while watching mesmerizing sunsets from the comfort of your balcony . This is by far the BEST floor plan at Emerald Beach in Panama City Beach. Located on the 23rd floor with great Balcony views with a Cozy Sitting Area in the Master Suite that overlooks the Gulf. With all the comforts of home you will not want to leave once you get settled in.   AMENITIES OF EMERALD BEACH RESORT: **POOLS: Emerald Beach has 2 swimming pools. One is located on the north side and the other is on the beach side. **FITNESS CENTER: Located on the 2nd floor. Hours are 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. **ATMs: Located on property next to Starbucks. **Tiki Hut and Tiki bar located at the beachside pool. **The Skybar: Located in the Sky Bridge. **Starbucks: Located on the first floor.

The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen was equipped with what we needed and we spent hours on the balcony. The master bed was comfortable. We really enjoy this resort and its location. We will would book this condo again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Location was excellent. Seafood market and store across the street. Restaurants close enough to walk to. Nice beach. Comfy furniture and large balcony with table and chairs. High up do no street noise. Will defy go back.

Overall decent stay

Overall we love the resort, this unit could use some updating and deep cleaning. There's a smell when you walk in, especially in the closets in the hall and kitchen, mold in the vents and ice/water dispenser in the fridge. We did have an issue where the tv in the master broke and they replaced it within hiurs. mastwe

Was a rental, did the job. Lots of little things need updated. Could use a deep clean and better bedding. Would stay again if needed a space, but isnt my top choice for rooms. The seal to the patio door was out of place so had to listen to howling wind coming through all week, luckily was nice enough to leave door open and air off most of the time.

Property is great but housekeeping was poor. Closet doors in front BR track was found pulled from ceiling.

Great location

The condo was beautiful and just as described. The views are amazing. The communication all the way up to check in was fast and efficient. The only thing negative would be how dusty every room was. It looked as though the place hadn’t been dusted in weeks. There was also old used deodorant bottle underneath the guest bed. All of which can be easily remedied. I loved the location of the building as runaway island is our favorite restaurant to go to. So just walking there made it that much easier.

It was very nice and quiet. Elevators were fast. Ease of entering property is excellent. Close to restaurants, popular stores and shopping. Beach was clean and the prettiest I have ever seen. Sky Bar is fantastic. Wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on the beach
