Park City Old Town 209 is located in the heart of Historic Old Town, right above Main Street, where you will enjoy stunning views of the town and surrounding mountains. This gorgeous house is full of wonderful, modern amenities and features. The sought-after location is walkable to Main Street where you can enjoy world-class restaurants, shopping, and exciting nightlife. You are also steps to the shuttle stop where you can take the free bus to Kimball Junction, Deer Valley, and the Canyons Resort.


The four-level home features 2,353 square feet, four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms to sleep up to 10 guests in complete comfort.


Living Room: This room offers plush furnishings including a spacious, modern sectional, leather armchairs, 50" TV and a warm gas fireplace.


Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel Wolff range, SubZero fridge, gorgeous stone counters, and spacious island with seating for four.


Dining Room: Seating for up to ten guests in the posh and contemporary dining area.

Awesome stay in PC

Property management was easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions/issues we had. The house itself is stunning and location is a ~3 min walk to the all the excitement on Main Street. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Lovely Location!

We had a wonderful time traveling with our family to this gorgeous home. It was clean and well-appointed, and we had perfect communication with the rental company which made getting in and out a breeze. Highly recommend.

Great location!

We were 4 adults and 3 teens. Everyone had a great time and experience in Park City. The house was in a great location which enabled us to walk to Main Street for shopping and food. The floor plan of the house and beautiful decor made the stay very comfortable. We have used VRBO plenty of times in the past and this is the first time I walked in and didn’t need to clean anything or wash throw blankets before using them. Kudos to your team. Thank you for a great time in Park City.

Riders in the Sky Weekend

House was beautiful and perfect for a weekend in Park City and concert at the Egyptian Theatre. Appreciated the small touches of soaps, lotions, dishwasher pods, and coffee filters.
