Great vacation!!!We’ve been renting at Hampton Beach for 20 years and this is by far our favorite house! We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Beach home! It was spotless and equipped with every amenity we could need. The home is beautiful with a spacious open floor plan that was perfect for entertaining our big family. Great location to access both North Beach and Hampton. Plenty of parking made things so convenient, and the hosts were always communicative and supportive. We truly enjoyed our time here and would love to return!

We stayed as a family in Craig's home for a wedding we were attending! It was close to the restaurants, very clean, modern and views were phenomenal.

The house was beautifully renovated with a very well-equipped kitchen. Its location is very convenient and we had a great view of the salt marsh. We enjoyed watching the birds! It was very family friendly. Refrigerator space is fantastic! They even have a pizza oven on the deck. The living areas are spacious with the biggest sectional sofas I’ve ever seen! Lots of great games and sporting equipment were provided also. I would highly recommend this place for families.

Beach House

We had an amazing time at the beach! The location was perfect, close to north beach for morning walks and close to the strip!! The multi level decks were a huge plus! The grill and outdoor seating made family meals so easy! Highly recommend, we will be back!

Beautiful home in North Hampton

A beautiful rental in North Hampton. Our group (5 adults & 2 children) enjoyed it all - fully stocked kitchen, beautiful bedrooms, 2 large living rooms, and a huge dining table. We spent our mornings and evenings on the decks and loved watching the bird activity in the marsh. We walked across the street to North Beach to shell hunt and made our way down to the main Hampton beach for our days in the sand and sun. Craig responded promptly when we needed him. Stayed for 3 nights and wished we had booked longer.

Disaster, do not rent from this guy

Received a call during check in that house was double booked. Was offered 1k for my inconvenience that I never received. We had to make last minute alternative arrangements 20 min way. We had a friend visiting from over seas which made rescheduling our stay impossible. Host never cancelled our booking despite our ordeal. We had to speak with Vrbo support team by phone just to get our refund. It felt like a complete scam

Hi Justin, I have been a property manager for 25 years and never had this happen. The calendars were not synching and somehow it allowed you to book a 3 day stay when it was already booked. We normally do one week rentals and rarely use Verbo. When talking to you, you had offered that family had a vacation spot that you could stay at so I offered $1,000 for the inconvenience. Once you canceled with Verbo I no longer had your contact information and instead of calling me to receive the $1,000 you chose to put in this review. I would have been happy to give you the $1,000 and / or a free stay in the future. I am sorry that I made this mistake and take full responsibility. This has happened once on 25 years and once again I apologize this happened to you.
