We have stayed in this neighborhood before and enjoyed it so we came back. We’ve been coming to Fort Myers for years and really like this location and community. Pool was great and neighbors are friendly. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was close to restaurants and stores and easy access to everything. Well furnished comfortable and large and very clean. It was 50 feet from the pool that made it nice and parking right out the door. A great experience.

Leisurely week at Fort Myers

The condo was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. This place had every amenity that one had at home. All the spaces were cozy and private. The nearby heated pool was a bonus, especially on a cool December morning. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, close to the beaches, downtown Fort Myers, and not a far drive to Naples. We highly recommend this great place.

Beautiful appartement in quiet neighborhood

The appartement is spacy, it houses easily 3 adults. A big plus is the garden, where you can enjoy the sun or use the BBQ. At night it's nice and quiet, and the beds are great. We really loved out stay. The owner is very helpful and responses quickly to any questions you might have. All in all an excellent experience and a great stay in Fort Myers

A great stay

Property description was spot on. Can’t think of anything that wasn’t provided at this very nice Condo. Clean and very well maintained. Great location! Super close to beaches, grocery, drug stores, banks, and restaurants. So handy!! Many of the areas Beaches are beginning to RE-opening after Hurricane Ian.

Nice Quiet Relaxing Stay

The neighborhood is very quiet and the residents are friendly and welcoming. This townhouse is well stocked with all you need for your stay. There is plenty of room and very spacious. Disappointed the pier was still waiting for repairs from the destruction of Ian, but understandable. Location is perfect if you want to be close to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Jodie

June Fishing trip

Very nice unit; well stocked with supplies (had they been needed). Clean, well organized. comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Pool well maintained. Parking better than average: a few feet from the door. Driving into the development was interesting but easily managed. Unit is close to the Sanibel/Captiva and all of the restaurants there.

Great two-bedroom accommodations

We loved our stay- the owner put a lot of effort into making the townhouse comfortable- great beds! Our only disappointment was the expectation we would be able to access the marina and private beach listed as walkable. Yes, we did walk down there, but found the marina gate padlocked, with no access code box available, which was given to us by the owner. Lovely neighborhood to walk around in, warm pool literally outside the door, and stores within minutes. Overall, an excellent VRBO property!

We have received several questions regarding the marina gate access. Just to clarify the reviewer's comment, we believe that the reviewer tried to access the double gate that is used for boat access, which is always locked so people outside the community do not launch their boats. The pedestrian gate to enter the marina was approximately 10 feet further down from the locked boat access gate. The pedestrian gate is always unlocked for the residents and guests to access the marina property and beach area. There is no access code needed to enter the marina property.

Quiet retreat

We stay in this lovely townhouse for a couple of weeks every October. It's always a clean, bright, and a comfortable place to stay. The quiet community pool is conviently located right outside the door. We love the walking paths around the lake, especially at sunset on the pier. All the neighbors are very friendly and welcoming. Meadowlark Cove is very close to the bridge to Sanibel island and it's amazing beaches. The owners, Ron and Jodie are always wonderful to work with and always attentive and courteous to our needs. We will definitely rent this unit again.

This property is located in a very quiet neighbourhood. Being right next to the pool is so convenient. The pool itself being heated was superb to drop into after a day visiting the coast, Fort Myers, or the outlet mall all of which are within 20 minute car drives. The property had everything one could wish for for cooking food indoors and out. Communication with Jodie was always quick, and when a problem occurred with the AC, she immediately had technicians set up to fix the fault. An enjoyable stay. Thanks

Ghost ants, which owners had someone come and pest sprayed done, but didn't help much. Didn't cook. Had to leave everything in fridge. All in all it was okay, but really wanted a jacuzzi for aching bones.

Insects, including ghost and red ants and palmetto bugs are common in Florida. In response to this guest's review, we were not informed of the ant situation right away. Once we were told, we contacted the exterminator immediately. The property was exterminated on Wednesday and the ant problem was resolved. Also, a jacuzzi has never been included in our listing as an amenity, so we're not sure why that comment was made.

Clean and comfortable!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The home is very clean. It is stocked with everything you need to enjoy a stay near the beach including towels and beach chairs. We also had everything needed to cook and prepare meals. Location is close to all Fort Myers beaches and attractions, Sanibel, and Naples. We even took a trip to the Everglades. The Edison Ford house/museum is very interesting and pretty for a little, nonbeach outing. The pool is right outside the front door and is very private as not many use it. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to visit Florida again!

This property was wonderful!

Very clean and comfortable! Jodie was very friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is well stocked which was a plus as I like to cook. King size bed is very comfortable. Being right next to the pool was also a plus! And the neighbors and other guests we met at the pool were also very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Hello. We are a family from Long Island, New York. We purchased this townhouse 13 years ago to be closer to family in Fort Myers, but would like to share it with others who enjoy the warm winters of southwest Florida. I am a special education teacher and my husband is a retail store owner/manager.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

My parents retired to Fort Myers in 1995. We spent many years vacationing in their home. When an opportunity came up to purchase a townhouse closer to the beaches and Sanibel, we grabbed the opportunity. We know the area well and found the Iona area to be a desirable location to everything we enjoy. Peppertree Pointe is the community we wanted to be in with its proximity to the river, beaches, shops and restaurants.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The heated pool is steps away from the townhome so you don't have to pack anything; just bring a towel! The walking path around the lake is perfect for a stroll. The grounds are level, so walking and biking are effortless. The courtyard is a perfect outdoor space if you want privacy. The fishing pier (temporarily closed due to hurricane damage) is a 5 minute walk and a beautiful place to watch sunsets over the river.
