La Villa Venezia, à l'épreuve des ouragans, est une villa de 3 étages dans une communauté fermée et sécurisée d'inspiration grecque et italienne, avec des maisons blanches et un toit de tuiles rouges donnant sur le golf de la baie de Mullet et le lagon principal.

La villa dispose de 4 chambres et 4,5 salles de bains, d'une piscine privée avec un pont en bois de teck romantique sur elle menant à une terrasse ouverte et un quai privé donnant sur le lagon. Il y a un espace à manger supplémentaire sur la terrasse s'étendant jusqu'à un solarium, entouré de fleurs

Cette villa est l'endroit idéal pour une famille avec des adolescents ou des enfants, ou un couple d'amis qui veulent s'amuser dans les Caraïbes ou pour les jeunes mariés. Parfait aussi pour les réunions de famille avec les plus grands et les plus jeunes.

Proche des principaux sites de l'île pour la vie nocturne, les casinos, les restaurants et les divertissements pour adultes, c'est également un endroit très relaxant et chaleureux pour profiter d'un barbecue au bord de la piscine et d'une baignade rafraîchissante dans le lagon. Un kiosque en bois et en toit de tuiles vous accueillera pour un dîner en plein air en profitant de la vue imprenable au coucher du soleil et de la brise fraîche des Caraïbes en soirée.

the place was beautiful needs a few minor updates (smart tv's that work better cookware) and a few more amenities and this would be a premier vrbo. the host was outstanding and I would recommend this place.

Great villa for our family!

We had such a lovely time during our week. Francois was an amazing host- greeted us with champagne and snacks upon arrival and then proceeded to give us a very thorough tour of the villa. My brother and I loved being able to dive off the dock into the lagoon. I also rented a paddle board to use for the week, but there is also a kayak available. The location is great, it's just a little tricky to find the first time through and our parking spot was tight for our large rental car (not the properties fault, just good to know). I think the only real downside was the beagles barking down the street, but even that can be ignored with such a lovely view! We really hope to return in the future!

Meghan, I appreciate your comments concerning the service I provided and what I owe to my guests and the boat tour was a part of it. I am sad to hear you were disturbed by some dog probably owned by new comer ; rules at Point Pirouette are very strict and people do know to respect privacy ; what you call the street is a private boardwalk only accessible by pedestrians ; no nuisance to be experienced ; and I am so glad you enjoyed your stay and I look forward to welcoming you next. Fabulous villa!

Gorgeous villa indeed, ideal for relaxing vacations. It was our second stay at Villa Venezia. We had a touchy welcome by Isabelle with a glass of champagne and after a complete check-in we enjoyed wellness, swimming in the green-blue 80°F waters of the lagoon. Our kids were so impatient and excited by kayaking and snorkelling. We enjoyed so much the famous mullet bay beach nearby and the unique aircraft-landings sunset beach at MAHO. We discovered new attractions on the island such as the sky-diving jump from top of the hill and the pool in the trees at Lottery farm on the french side. We loved Villa Venezia because of its location in the very quiet peninsula of Point Pirouette, surrounded by lagoon and mullet bay golf course. The rooms are large and well furnitured. The private marina of the villa offers easy access to sea activities such as water-ski, kayaking, paddling, boating and swimming. The view from top roof suite at sunset is so amazing taking benefit of a constant soft breeze alizés and so is romantic the dinning over water under sun shaded gazebo. We definitly recommend renting this villa!

Amazing Honeymoon

My new husband and I rented this property for a week in St. Maarten for our honeymoon. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We arrived on 3/31 from SJU to be met at the airport by one of the owners Isabelle. She took us to the rental car place then we followed her to the beautiful home. The pictures don't do this property justice. She took us through the property and showed us where everything was, which was very helpful. The master bedroom was truly amazing. She had also set up complimentary welcome drinks for my new hubby and I upon arrival on the terrace. The house is very open and all rooms overlook a crystal clear lagoon. We were able to sit on the dock in the morning to drink our coffee then take the kayaks out and look at all the fish. We tried looking for the eagle ray, that we named "Bob" but despite all our efforts he was very elusive... Most of the time at the house was spent either on the terrace with the great breeze or in the pool, which was very well maintained. We spent a few nights there grilling and drinking cocktails out on the deck. However I would highly suggest taking some time to go to the amazing restaurants the island has to offer as well. There was also snorkel gear and a wind surfing board provided, but we will have to get to that on our next trip... The house is very centrally located on the dutch side. Maho beach was a short 2 minute drive. The island is small, but I would definitely suggest a rental car to explore all that it has to offer. Upon check-out we were also able to meet the other owner, Capt. Francois Garcon. With my new hubby being a pilot as well, they immediately clicked. He was very friendly and had some great stories to share about his travels around the world. We got so caught up in conversations and cocktails that we almost missed our flight home (which would have been okay too!!). All in all, this was a perfect place for out honeymoon!! The pool and terrace area is very private. We were able to sit out there and listen to music at night, but we also got a chance to meet the neighbors while hanging out on the dock chumming the water for Bob. Everyone was so nice on the island!!! We would highly recommend renting this place!! It was great for our honeymoon, but with 5 bedrooms, would also be great for large groups!! It was more than we could hope for and we will definitely be returning!! Thank you so much for a very special and memorable honeymoon!!!

Beautiful Home in a Lovely Area.

Thank you Francois and Isabelle for sharing your lovely home with our family. Everything was so smooth from our initial communication through check out. The home is well appointed and so convenient for our family of 7. We really appreciated use of the kayak. The home is so beautiful and the wifi worked great (better than at home in US :)). We loved the island and there were so many fun things to do including beautiful beaches and yummy restaurants. The home is in a great location--walkable to Maho and other beaches. Thank you again for your wonderful hospitality. We will see you again!

BLISSFUL GETAWAY

Nice welcome from Isabelle at the gate of residence and a stunning stop when entering in this marble decorated house. That property was a blissfull location to disconnect from our overbusy and stressed life; the choice was to swim in the pool or have some training distance in the lagoon before breakfast; the owners have arranged everything in deep details for us to enjoy those definitely too short days. all entertainment places were 5 to 15 min driving and that was just great; I'll do recommand that Villa Venezia, not a overrated word. Family holiday getaway...success!

We were met by Isabelle upon our arrival at the entrance of the gated community, introduced to the security guard on duty, and then she walked me thru the entire home explaining how everything was operated before handing over the keys. It is a beautiful home, not far from the airport and settled in a picturesque lagoon. The home was exactly as the pictures posted with the main floor for gathering together, and the upper two floors with nice sized bedrooms. We spent so much time in the lagoon and the pool, took the kayaks out every day, and ate breakfast & dinner on the terrace almost every evening. Morning runs/walks along the roads was a pleasant beginning to each day, followed up by spending the day playing in the surf of Mullet Bay beach. The Carrefour grocery store (in Cole Bay) is well stocked and about 15 minutes away. The main road in Maho has many small shops (including a pharmacy) and restaurants. It was a great week with family, wonderful weather and plenty of life long memories.

Spring Break and Family vacation

We were met by Isabelle at the entrance of the gated community. I appreciated the fact that she went thru the home with my husband and I before turning the keys over to us. It is a beautiful home, not far from the airport and settled in a lagoon. You can trust the pictures posted. We spent a lot of time in the pool, took the kayaks out one day and ate on the terrace every chance we got. Plenty to do in the area.......Sunset Beach, Karakter Beach, just to name a few. I recommend the grocery store on the French side of the island which took about 10 minutes to get to. It was a relaxing week, great weather and I would recommend this home.

A NICE HOUSE WITH CARACTER !

It's such a nice house with caracter ! We had a beautifut trip in a real pleasant place. We were there to rest and to enjoy the sun. That's why, we appreciate the lagon, the boat, the golf close to the house and we really appreciate not hearing the cars. We had a good weather in january and when it was too hot, we went into the small swimming pool. There is also a sunny pontoon. I have loved spending the evenings looking at the lagoon with candles and appetizers ! That's romantic. Thank you very much for the pleasant time

enjoy the lagoon !

A real convenient location for this two storey house just a few minutes drive from the international airport and nested in a lovely secured compound in a spit of land in the lagoon, just across a golf course and next to a water-ski club. You can really trust the pictures as well as the description, when we arrived, we felt somewhere in southern Italy or Spain, so romantic ! White walls, marble on the floor in every room and a charming roof terrace with stunning view. Perfect for the most sporty as well as for the laziest (me) : the large deck is the ideal place to bask in the sun or read on a sun-lounger, between a quick swim in the swimming pool or a little snorkling in the lagoon. The beautiful Mullet beach is just a few minutes away either by kayak through the lagoon or by car. We enjoyed every meal, from early breakfast to late dinner under the gazebo which brings also a pleasant shade in the day when the sun shines too harsh. Kitchen is well-equipped and BBQ on the terrace. All perfectly maintained and neat ! Restaurants, nighlife are also a stone's throw away, although a car is really suitable. The owner François catched us at the airport and found us a car rental at a very moderate price. A perfect week, carefree, so far from everyday worries. Without a moment's hesitation, we can warmly recommend this very charming and cosy property.

Nice and roomy house with plenty of outdoor space as well. Located in a secure area very close to the airport on a back bay in the town of Maho. The very nice Mullet Bay beach is just a couple of minutes drive away and other beaches are close by.

Blissful gateway to Sint Maarteen

4 quadra adults of us were looking for a great different experience in the caribbean...and we luckily found Villa Venezia. Contact with owner was clear and friendly ; commitments were great. We were warmly attended at the airport. Reaching Villa Venezia thru Point Pirouette residence was a sight of promise. The villa did not disappointed us : luxury marble is covering the floor ; space is astonishing and lagoon view amazing. We enjoyed the Venezia pool and terrace over the water. Rooms were on the same luxury level and we girls particularly enjoyed the Romano-greek styled bathrooms ; everything is designed for peaceful and serene occupancy. Sun bathes on the solarium occuped us a lot. At no time were our men boring at the villa : watersking, canoes riding in the mangrove to watch jumbo iguanas, lagoon swimming and BBQ preparing were their daily hobbies. Candles dinner with tropical smooth breeze were a true delight. At the top floor terrace, we could refresh our stars knowledges during clear sky nights. Location at mid-point between french and dutch sides is perfect to ride around the island and especially to the casinos areas (5 to 15 min) and famous gourmet restaurants on the french side (20 min). We sadly left Villa Venezia after 8 days which were definitly too short. Our great experience wish in the caribbean was fully met and we will be back soone

Dream house in St Marteen with private access to the lagoon

We spent a week in this villa in April 2010 - the location is ideal, right at the border between the Dutch and the French area. You can enjoy the best of both sides: paradise beaches, nice restaurants and bars + ton of entertainment close by (snorkeling, scuba diving, jet ski, boat rental, wake boarding....) . The house has its private access to the lagoon which is clean and quiet. There is a nice terrace, swimming pool & bbq. The living room is well equipped - nice TV + wifi access. The rooms are BIG with their own priv. bathroom. The person came to pick us up at the airport and gave us some really good tips. Definitely a good place to stay if you're planning a trip to St Marteen.

A wonderful Experience

We were definitly thrilled by this villa . When we arrived we were greeted by the helper. They took us through the villa and asked if we had any questions. The villa was impeccably clean and well maintained. The location is great in providing a wonderful balance between comfortably isolated serenity and ready access to St. Maarten's myriad white-sand beaches, grocery and excellent restaurants. The pool and patio make for wonderful lounging and comfortable outdoor meals. We loved the view and the pool deck, the direct access to the lagoon, perfect for swimming and for the kayak. The kitchen is very well-appointed, Lots of room and privacy Thanks for a great vacation!

Coté propriétaire : villa acquise en 2007 . Monsieur est un pilote de ligne en activité et Madame est une artiste peintre , réalisant des tableaux figuratifs et impressionnistes. Nous sommes tombés sur un double coup de coeur , d'abord St Martin puis la villa Venezia à Point pirouette. Idéalement située en bord de lagon ( kayak, ski nautique, natation ) et du golf de Maho où nous jouons à chaque séjour, nous souhaitons à tout vacancier d'en profiter autant que nous.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Nous avons choisi St Martin en raison de son doux climat des caraibes mais aussi pour l'unique conjonction multi-culturelle ( française, américaine et créole) que nous trouvons sur l'ile.
La mixité ethnique et linguistique est ici étonnante : nous pouvons avheter sur l'ile les produits du monde entier : 136 nationalités sont recensées sur l'ile.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Les avantages de Villa Venezia sont uniques : nul besoin de parcourir des distances pour nager dans le lagon, pratiquer kayak et ski nautique ou simplement relaxer en terrasse près de la piscine. Le soir venu, les distractions et attractions sont à moins de 10 minutes et chacun et chacune peut en profiter librement et séparément.
