This Dawn Beach villa boasts 6 large, inviting bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 2 twin bed. With 5 bathrooms equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, bathtub, shower towels as well as beach towels, guests will feel pampered during their stay. The property also offers AC, WiFi, an iron, a washing machine AND a generator (important now a days #islandlife) for added convenience. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at Ocean Pearl. Can be rented as a 4-bedroom villa for small/medium sized groups or the whole villa can be rented for up to 14 people. (A baby/small child could be added.)
The main house has 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. The 5th and 6th bedrooms have a shared bathroom. Please note these 2 bedrooms are located in an apartment in the villa with its own entrance. The entrances are both by the deck.

The property is almost perfect and Robin is an exceptional host. The only real downside is the walk back from the beach, a very long uphill climb. We preferred to drive to Orient Bay beach. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

This was an excellent home to stay at for our first time in SXM! The host was lovely and so was Camilla who welcomed into the house and gave a tour. She even helped us pick up our luggage and carry them up the stairs without us asking! She was AMAZING! The only negative I can think of is that this location was a bit far away from the city and the heart of Philipsburg. Other than that, it was an INCREDIBLE with a BEAUTIFUL view! Pro tip: make sure you catch the sunrise at least once while you’re there! It was magnificent

What a view!

We stayed here for a week in March 2025 with two families of four, with teenagers. The house is incredibly spacious and well furnished. We had more than enough space for everyone and could have easily included a third family.The views from the balcony and the pool deck are spectacular. We could sit there for hours just staring out into the ocean.The location is a bit off the beaten path but well worth it. Expect to drive approximately 15 minutes to any restaurants or shops. There are plenty of high quality restaurants in the Oyster Pond area and the house has enough parking to accommodate three or four cars.We had a slight problem with hot water for showers despite being extremely conservative on water usage.This wouldn't deter us from renting here again however. Wish we could have stayed longer!

June 2025 - Party of 11

I can't say enough about Ocean Pearl home to give it the justice it deserves. We were 5 adult couples and 1 teenager. Everyone had their own space, the common areas, kitchen, living room, and dining room fit everyone comfortably. Plenty of games nights provided by the home, cards, games, dice etc. Pool area, has more than enough chairs to lounge and take in the UNBELIEVABLE view for everyone. The home was very clean, every bathroom had plenty of towels, and beach towels were provided, which was very nice. 2 laundry rooms made this a A for our big family. Kitchen has more than enough kitchen supplies to cook any size meals. Robin and Don were available immediately if we had any questions. I give it a 10 out of 10. I would love to visit this beautiful island island again, and hopefully we can stay at the Ocean Pearl. This is my 3rd time in St. MARTEEN. Never disappoints.

Trip of a Lifetime

Ocean Pearl was perfect for our family of 10. The house is so perfectly laid out to give everyone privacy and the common areas were comfortable and inviting. We were able to have 2-3 different activities going on (card games and puzzles) with plenty of space still for someone to just sit and read a book if they wanted to. The pool area was so fun and private! The view from the pool deck and back of the house is breathtaking!! The beach towels that are provided were a bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. There are a few local groceries stores that will deliver food and we found that we could buy everything we needed. We had 3 car rentals and had plenty of room for parking. The location of the villa is perfect because we were only about 15-30 minutes away from anywhere we wanted to go. It offered privacy and security inside a manned gated community (guards were always friendly). Robin was a wonderful host and would always respond quickly if we had any questions. This was our first visit to St. Martin. We stayed for 8 days and still had lots of exploring we could have done. We will definitely be back!

Our family loved the Oyster Pearl

We loved everything about this property. There was so much room for our party of 9, we could have invited more. The kitchen was so well stocked and the beds were comfortable. So many towels and linens for all, as well. The patio and pool are beautiful and we loved the daily visits from the iguanas in the tree. This house sits at the highest point on oyster pond and has one of the best views. You can even see it from the French side which is only a few minutes away. We loved walking down to the beach/ Marriott each day for some exercise and visiting the cafe in there to hunt for chocolate croissants. There are some great restaurants in this area that we ate at on the French side, as well-Mama Pizza, l’Oasis, Bread and Butter and BZH. We would definitely come back. Check in was great and Robin and Kamila even allowed us a late check out to accommodate our flight back to the states so we could enjoy our last day on the island in the sun at their infinity pool. We think this part of the island is a hidden gem. It’s not as busy, has beautiful views, is close to so much (both French and Dutch sides). We hope to be back in the near future. Thank you for a great family vacation!

Our host, Robin, was fantastic and met us to tour the premises even though flights and arrival were late. The house is spectacularly situated and we had views from every room. Our family group of 12 of all ages had an amazing time and there was space for everyone. It is a challenging drive to get there since roads on St Martin aren’t the best but we got used to it. Beaches abound and we went to a different one just about every day and spent plenty of time in our gorgeous pool. The kitchen is really well equipped and we cooked almost every night. Bathrooms were plentiful, almost one to each bedroom. We thought we were in paradise, the weather perfect each day and it was hard to leave. Thank you for everything!
