You understand that you may be exposed to pollen, plants, trees, sap & other environmental factors accustomed to being in New England nature.

Guest Access:
- You have full, private access to The Lakefront House.
- You have access to the private docking zone at Lake Chaffee.
- You ARE NOT permitted to use or bring personal jet ski, motorized watercraft or any watercraft (this includes personal kayaks and stand up paddle boards). Motorized watercraft are NEVER ALLOWED on Lake Chaffee.

Ashford, CT. is a historic city and a quaint getaway located in New England. Located less than 2 miles (10 minutes) from I-84 (Exit 72).

Vehicles are necessary for the best experience.
