Guest Access:
- You have full, private access to The Lake Chaffee House.
- You have access to the community beach & docking zone at Lake Chaffee.
- You ARE NOT permitted to use or bring personal jet ski, motorized watercraft or any watercraft (this includes personal kayaks and stand up paddle boards). Motorized watercraft are NEVER ALLOWED on Lake Chaffee.

Ashford, CT. is a historic city and a quaint getaway located in New England. Located less than 2 miles (10 minutes) from I-84 (Exit 72).
