Your family or group will be close to everything when you stay at this house! So close you can hear the ocean waves! This Ernest Hemingway, Key West style duplex is five houses from the beach. You can walk to the beach, a local coffee-shop nearby, a local surf shop, mini-golf, or to a local Mexican restaurant. Within five miles is downtown Saint Augustine. Oh, the places you'll go!

Enjoy staying in this entire duplex: 2,000 sq feet, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large porch and balcony by the beach. This is a perfect house to keep families close, yet have their own spaces, including their own kitchens and living rooms.

Pets are most certainly welcome. Please register them upon booking. There is a fee.

We loved the location and proximity to beach and historic St Augustine.The owner was very responsive and accommodating.The amenities such as beach equipment, towels and kitchen supplies (knives, potholders, kitchen towel, etc) were beat up and mismatched.Cute place, comfortable but needs to have some attention to worn out bedding and bath accessories

Great Place

Rented the entire duplex for the weekend to attend family wedding. Both units were extremely nice and clean with amenities you could ask for. Property manager was very attentive and helpful. Location was great as well. Will not hesitate to book again.

Great stay at St. Augustine

Me and my family stayed June Ann’s duplex for almost a week and loved every minute of it. The beach is just crossing the street and you know we were there every single day. Also, it’s only approximately 10-15 away by car from the historical district or colonial quarter that you have to go if you’re in St. Augustine. Looking forward to visit again!

Relaxing week in St Augustine Beach

Our stay was everything we had hoped for and more. The beach house was exactly as described- our family of 9 had plenty of room to spend time together as well as space if we needed some privacy. The decor was beautiful and the location couldn't have been better - we took a walk on the beach every morning. The owner was incredibly attentive and responded to my questions within minutes. We would love to stay here again!

Family vacation

I had rented the whole duplex for our family that consisted of 4 couples and two children. It was nice that we had enough space, and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The beach is right down the street which was great. It is close to stores and the historic area. We had a great time.

Great Place to Stay

I was not sure how this place was going to work for our group with two couples in the upstairs duplex and two couples in the downstairs duplex, but it worked quite well. The duplexes were clean and were just as described. The location of this place is terrific. We could walk to the beach and numerous restaurants and bars. We loved not having to drive to go out. There is also a Publix just a short drive away. We would stay here again!

Great location! We were part of a family reunion close by. Liked that the rental was well supplied with extra dishwasher soap and toilet tissue . We had 3 cars and parking was ample . Easy walk to beach. May need more plates in upper unit.

Awesome stay!!!!

Loved this place. Went with friends so there were six of us plenty of space since we got both the bottom and top apartment. Very clean and can’t beat the location!! Couple houses down from the beach was great and walking distance to restaurants as well. Having the grocery store a couple minutes away was very convenient!! We were a short drive to the downtown in which we spent a whole day exploring. Communication with the property owner was fast and efficient and super nice. I would highly recommend!

Perfect Vacay!

We rented out the whole house with our friends and it was just perfect. Each of our families had their own unit, but we were all still together and able to hang out. The best part is the super short walk to the beach. Plus the cool little surf shop is a welcome pit stop for last minute beach accessories. Everything was comfortable and all was provided that you would need. My husband most appreciated the beach wagon so he didnt have to haul 5-10 peoples worth of beach stuff. This was my 2 youbgest kids first time in the Atlantic and im so glad they can look back on this memory and remember this amazing house and vacation. Thank you for everything!

Great location and otherwise charming property with unfortunate maintenance and cleanliness issues .

The house was very dirty. Kids feet were black after playing on the floors. Accumulations of dirt & dust and old drinks bottles under the beds. Issues with damp. The bathrooms are very poorly installed and the shower pans, backsplashes etc are not sealed, grout is missing. A thorough clean and a visit from a half-decent handyman could transform it.

Hello. I apologize for the place not being to your standards in terms of cleanliness. We will address that. I wish you would have informed us about it because we would have addressed it immediately. Upon your check in, your only message to us was "everything looks great". Thank you for letting us know about the bathrooms, etc. We have added a dehumidifier.

Great Stay St Augustine Beach

Eight family members and friends totally enjoyed our stay here. We filled both up and down units of the duplex. Upstairs and down were very similar. Both were cheerily decorated with beach theme. Both clean throughout. Beds and bedding adequate but not extraordinary. Kitchens had most anything you would use on a holiday for our 5 days. Two bathrooms for each unit (one en-suite) were clean and adequate. The shower in the downstairs en-suite bath was very anemic, pressure and volume of water. Others were fine. Would recommend the upstairs unit (#111 I think) over the downstairs #109. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and so very convenient to all of the St Augustine beach restaurants and attractions.

Right off A1A Beach Blvd, close to a number of local restaurants and shops. Beach is just down the road, steps away. Boardwalk leads you to the shore. Enjoy walking around the island or on the beach. Downtown St. Augustine is within 5 miles. Previous guests have loved the balcony, the short walk to business that are nearby, quick walk to the beach to watch the sunrise, close to everything!
