En face des rives de Crescent Beach, adossé à la voie navigable Intracoastal, Jean's Dream est une immense maison de style méditerranéen luxueusement aménagée. Regardez le lever du soleil depuis le pont avant et fixez-le depuis le pont arrière de notre magnifique maison au bord de l'océan! Et, la maison a un ascenseur et wifi haut débit à l'intérieur. Jean's Dream a une nouvelle piscine chauffée privée!

Situé en retrait d'un magnifique jardin paysager en pente et doté d'une nouvelle piscine privée, Jean's Dream vous accueille avec une entrée formelle en mosaïque décorative. Vous avez le choix entre un escalier ou un ascenseur pour vous emmener au deuxième étage, où vous attendent un vaste espace salon et salle familiale, offrant une vue sur l’oc��an et des canapés et des chaises ultra-confortables. Allumez un feu dans la cheminée en corail ou profitez simplement du jeu sur notre téléviseur LCD entre des aperçus de l’Atlantique bleu par les fenêtres!

Notre cuisine et nos salles à manger peuvent vous inspirer pour préparer un festin. . . mais même si rien ne prend plus de temps que les mets à emporter au menu, vous aurez plaisir à le servir depuis notre élégante cuisine en bois et carrelage. Vous y trouverez des électroménagers de grande taille, un garde-manger et tous les gadgets permettant de gagner du temps, ainsi que des batteries de cuisine, des plats et des ustensiles.

Dînez dans la salle baignée de soleil avec du carrelage et une table d'apparat pour huit personnes. Spacieux et reposant, c'est une pièce pour s'attarder longtemps apr���s que la nourriture soit partie et le vin versé. Laissez la lumière extérieure illuminer la pièce le plus longtemps possible, puis allumez le lustre moderne et profitez d'une longue discussion ou éclatez les jeux de société.

La chambre principale est à l'étage, une immense pièce avec un lit king-size ultra confortable, une télévision HD et une paire de fauteuils faisant face aux magnifiques baies vitrées. La vue est incroyable à tout moment de la journée et un matin, il vous suffira peut-����tre de regarder le lever du soleil dans le confort de votre lit!

Une salle de bains principale attenante à la chambre, avec un bain à remous et une douche. Les fenêtres sont opaques pour la vie privée, mais la lumière brille toujours, baignant la zone dans une brume dorée. Quelle façon relaxante de se réveiller ou de se détendre!

Il y a deux autres chambres dans Jean's Dream, une autre salle de bains et deux canapés-lits pouvant accueillir jusqu'à quatre personnes supplémentaires en plus des huit personnes pour lesquelles il y a des lits. La première chambre contient un lit king-size et une télévision haute définition, ainsi que de nombreux bureaux et espaces de rangement. La deuxième chambre possède également un lit king-size, des lits superposés jumeaux, de belles grandes fenêtres et beaucoup d'espace au sol. Une deuxième salle de bain complète est commode pour les chambres à cet étage, et une laveuse et une s��cheuse sont nichés pour des charges de serviettes et maillots de bain!

Mais l'intérieur du rêve de Jean n'est que le début de ses charmes. Un grand pont avant donne directement sur la plage, tandis qu'un pont arrière offre une vue magnifique sur la voie navigable Intracoastal. Notre passerelle privée sur rails vous conduit sur les dunes et sur la plage. Il y a même une douche extérieure.

Et ils commencent plus amusant! Crescent Beach est une belle étendue de littoral, qui regorge de trésors pour les beachcombers, le sable doux pour creuser et jouer, et les vagues. Essayez un peu de pêche dans les vagues, surfez sur les vagues, regardez le lever du soleil et prenez un bain de soleil sur le sable. La voie navigable Intracoastal se trouve à quelques minutes de l’autre, dans un labyrinthe de calanques et de fantastiques sentiers de randonn��e et de nature. Parfait pour les embarcations.

Le quartier de Crescent Beach est une partie préférée de la Floride et compte de nombreux habitants. Avec la vieille rue Augustine juste en haut de la côte, il y a toujours beaucoup à voir et à faire. Alors venez bientôt au Jean's Dream, que ce soit pour un gala ou une fête privée.

Amazing beach house

We had the best time staying at this house. There were 4 different families and we all had plenty of room to spread out. The house was also super clean! It was a breath of fresh air. We would love to come back and stay here.

Family Vacation

The property was wonderful. Had some issues with the air conditioning on the second floor, called and was fixed right away! Great location, beautiful views, some minor wear and tear, but overall was a great vacation and property.

Great place

The property was all that was advertised and more. In addition to a well-stocked kitchen, there were beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, great chairs and tables outdoors. Games, books, comfortable beds, plenty of space to spread out, a wine frig, the list goes on. Just don't take my week next year.

Family Vacation 2023

This vacation was the best! We enjoyed the house, beach, ocean, etc. The house was amazing and beyond our every expectation! From toys, household essentials, cookware, linens, etc. We lived like royalty for the full two weeks we were there. So excited to visit this home again. 15 out of 10 stars!!!!!!! First family vacation

We had a few problems with hot water, dishwasher and a leaking bathroom ceiling. They responded quickly but were took several days to correct the hot water, replaced dishwasher after we left and not sure about the bathroom. They were very kind but trying to find someone last minute to fix or replace stuff takes time, as it does for everyone. The house was beautiful! The location was great! My family and I had an amazing time!!

We didn't want to leave

The place is absolutely gorgeous. Ample parking for guests - so no need to worry about that. Ample sleeping spots for guests, ample eating space for guests, ample, ample, ample everything. The place is simply gorgeous and we couldn't get enough of it. If you have to hear any negative - it would be that the room below the kitchen can get noisy due to footsteps in the kitchen.... there weren't enough towels for us - so just bring more, but there was a washer and dryer which we used constantly. The beach may look far away from the house in the pictures - but it really isn't. The house was perfect... waking up in the Master Bedroom seeing the waves outside is just out of a fairytale. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful View

Confusion regarding the listing - VRBO has it listed but when you decide to rent it you go through VTrips - VRBO listed it as free cancellation up to several days before arrival while VTrips only gives you 48 hrs. Pool is by busy road so a bit noisy when using. Pool didn't have anyone caring for it during the time we were there - a lot of bugs in it. Beach is perfect - pretty much to ourselves while we were there.

Best Summer Rental!

We have rented summer places from Emerrald Isle to Destin to Corpus. This was the best one ever! The accuracy of the listing was spot on...someone should add info about the toys, the beach chairs, etc...The elevator was a huge plus. The response by the maintenance team when the microwave did not perform was outstanding!! The price was very reasonable... We will vaca here again!!!

Family Trip

Overall great experience. Beautiful location and plenty of room. We would come back again. Some areas of improvement would be better and more fresh towels. Otherwise overall clean and nice place to stay with family.

Booked a year in advance. Learned 2 weeks before that the property wasn’t available due to renovations. Very disappointed. Received replacement property which was sub-par. Won’t do it again.

Beautiful property tucked away from everything

Overall the property is great. Nice little private pool. The bedrooms are spacious. There are three large areas for entertaining. Nice televisions with directv (which I thought was a nice touch). Paddle boards, grill, and lots of other entertainment. Overall I was very satisfied with the property. The deck and sunrise view is amazing! There are minor things that could be improved but overall it is a great place if you’re looking for a large property on, what feels like, your own private beach front.

The house is great, but the management company is not

This was a replacement house for a girls beach vacation the week of Hurricane Irma. The original house we had booked was damaged, so we scrambled to find this one. I booked on a Thursday night and we checked in Friday, so I realize it was a very quick turn-around time, during what was already, a busy week (due to Irma). That said, the house was really not in any condition to be rented. And the response from the management company was not acceptable. The master bedroom looked like it had just been slept in. The covers were partially pulled away, just like a single person had slept there, then pulled the covers over to get up. I immediately called and was told that housekeeping was just there. I explained again the condition of the bed and asked if someone could come out and change the sheets. Again, I was told that they were clean, and maybe housekeeping just forgot to make the bed in a rush. Again, I asked for someone to come change the sheets. Again, he said they were clean. Finally, I literally said "can you just humor me and send someone with clean sheets and I'll change them myself?" They did. After that, I did an inspection of the house. There was trash in most of the trashcans, a dead roach that had bled out or something on the master bathroom counter, hair in the shower drains, a lot of dead bugs around the house, etc. All of this was hard to believe when I was told multiple times that housekeeping had just been there. I took pictures and sent to every email address I had - no response from the owner/manager. The house itself is great. It is steps from the beach, which is really quiet and seems almost private. The pool is actually in the front yard, which is pretty much right on A1A - the main road. But who needs a pool when you have the beach? After booking, the contract information said you could not turn the air below 72 degrees or you could be charged more. I live in Florida (about 45 minutes north) and I turn my air below 72 degrees to sleep. So I found this a little odd. All in all, we still managed to have a great vacation. I would rent this house again - if it was under different management. And I would never rent from this company again.

Newly renovated, well provisioned and gorgeous beach!

Jean's Dream was the perfect house for our family vacation. The newly renovated interiors were beautiful, spacious and well laid out. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishware, cookware, spices and staples. The beach is wide and uncrowded with beautiful sand and crystal clear water. Although we had brought our own beach chairs and tent, there were a bunch already supplied with the house, stored at the end of the beach walk. The description on VRBO was a little misleading in that they said there was a master on the top floor and 3 additional bedrooms on the first floor. There are only 2 bedrooms on the bottom floor ( a king with 2 bunks and another king, both with attached baths). There is no bedroom with 2 twins as stated. There is a den with a pullout sofa on the top floor that can be used as a bedroom (just no actual bed). Also, the 4th bathroom is in the garage and unairconditioned. Also, all of the game tables mentioned (pool and air hockey) no longer exist. The elevator did not work while we were there. The garage is not usable in that it was filled with old furniture. Don't let these complaints deter you from renting this house. As long as your expectations are clear, the house that is provided is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I would rent it again in a heartbeat.

Best Beach ever and we were right on it!

This house was perfect for us and and our 3 children. Right on the beach, has a nice deep, small pool, lots for the kids to do... a pool table, fuzball and ping pong. The TV's were a little old and the movies did not play well on the DVD players but that was no big deal. The location was incredible and the kids went to surf school. Close by nice restaurants and downtown st. Augustine was a fun outing. We will definitely come back. The beach was just beautiful, waves and pristine sand. The property was clean, we had to call for a repair and they came righto out, check in and out was easy. Viola's restaurant nearby had great pizza and food.

We truly enjoyed our time at this lovely residence. Great beach, lovely home and pool and we enjoyed the foosball, pooltable and air hockey. Clean and well equipped. Pool was small but enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here.

The Amazing Grace property was just wonderful!

We were there to celebrate three big milestones this year - my husband's 50th birthday, our 25th wedding anniversary, and my Dad's 80th birthday. We had 10 people total - my family of 4, my sister's family of 4, and my parents. We all fit just fine in this beautiful house! The downstairs had just been redone to now include 3 full baths, and 2 bedrooms - 1 with a King Bed, and 1 with a King Bed and 2 twin bunk beds. The upstairs level includes a master with a King Bed and attached big bathroom, plus two other fold out couches - one in the living room and one in the family room. There is also a 1/2 bath on this upper level. Favorite features of this home - located right on the beautiful & peaceful white sands of Crescent Beach, heated private pool, elevator, wonderful master suite and bathroom, 2 walk-in closets in master, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful ocean and intercoastal waterway views, close to St. Augustine, very big family and living room with comfy seating, tv's and ceiling fans in each bedroom, laundry room, games - ping pong, foosball, and air hockey/pool table. GREAT PLACE!

Fantastic Getaway

Amazing Grace was the perfect weeklong getaway location. The house was very clean and inviting when we arrived. My family and friends enjoyed each and every day of our vacation. It was so wonderful having the beach just yards away from the back of the house and the refreshing pool in the front. The elevator helped with those of us that couldn't handle the stairs. There were plenty of linens for all, and the washer and dryer on property was so convenient. Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

Family Vacation

My family (parents, my brother and his family, and my husband and 2 little kids)spent a week at Amazing Grace. We had a great vacation and absolutely loved the location. It was so nice and convenient to be able to go back and forth to the beach and pool each day. If you are looking for a secluded beach this is the place for you! I only wish the deck had a better view (it's on the side. The layout of the house did not affect our stay, but the downstairs layout is a little awkward. You have to walk through the middle bedroom (twin beds) to use the restroom. There is no privacy. In my opinion, the house is a little dated and a few minor improvements would make a big difference. We had a great time and Crescent Beach is beautiful.
