Chic & Cozy Midtown Getaway

Midtown is the magical spot to be in nowadays. Feel like a local in a central location walking distance or a short uber ride away from everything. The arts district is half a mile away, Overton park/square & the Memphis zoo also just a short stroll away & so many tasty restaurants to try! As superhosts, we provide recommendations & everything you need for a spectacular stay. The 1BR comfortably accommodates 4 with a Queen bed in the master & 2 twin sofa beds in the living room!
The space
Our home is well equipped for your magical Memphis stay. With an old world charm and touch of modern aesthetic to it, from arrival everything is hassle free, starting with the smart lock/keyless access. As you open the door, you are greeted by an inviting living room with comfy contemporary couches to relax after a long day of sightseeing. As you lounge, enjoy the high speed wifi & smart TV. After you've had some time to unwind, make your way into the fully equipped kitchen and if you so fancy, cook yourself a soulful meal using all the kitchen tools and appliances provided! Before heading to bed, treat yourself to a refreshing shower!
Parking in front of the house and on the street is free.
We pride ourselves in making your trip as simple and convenient as possible!
Other things to note
This is a duplex, so there is a shared wall, but you wont hear the neighbor(s) unless they are being unreasonable.

Memphis is a transportation hub! Most people dont notice it, but if you are a light sleeper, please note you may hear the trains intermittently throughout the night.

Although we are pet friendly, there is a $25 charge per pet per night that is added after booking as Airbnb currently doesnt allow for nightly charges.

For long term stays past 2 weeks:
1. Guests will need to provide their own supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent)
2. Pet fee will be $500 for a month long guest, $800 for 2 month long guest and $1,100 for 3 month long guest. Longer than 3 months will be prorated based on the 3 month rate. These fees are still significantly cheaper than having your dog at the dog hotel/dog sitter. If there is damage from the pet, that is separate and we will have to file a claim to Airbnb.
3. Long term guests will need to take the trash bins out by Wednesday night and take them back on Thursday afternoon.
