Located just minutes away from the beach and just a short golf cart drive and walking distance to Shagger Jack's, Brewery, coffee shop, and other great local OKI shops. A private pool is located in the backyard. You don't even have to leave the house to enjoy fun in the sun. Fully equipped kitchen with lots of room in the main living area for enjoying fun family gatherings for great vacation memories. PRIVATE POOL AND Lithium batteries GOLF CART INCLUDED. Pool is not heated. Paid parking already taken care of with the golf cart. Note: If you receive a citation from the Town for illegal parking, you are fully responsible for these fees/fines.

This is my second time staying at this property it is clean and well stocked. While we did not use the pool the golf cart is a real plus we used that daily to go to the beach, groceries or just a run for coffee. I will stay here again in the future

This home is amazing. Felt like home away from home. It was perfect for us. Me, my husband, 2 18yr olds and 2 16yr olds. Well stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, cups, coffee cups. There is a toaster oven/air fryer and a 2 in 1 coffee pot (traditional coffee pot and Keurig). Starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, laundry pods and dishwasher pods). The fridge is french doors with ice maker/water dispenser and a pull out freezer. Washer and dryer fast and efficient. Dishwasher is always a plus on vacation. The AC is works wonderful. The pool is a therapy pool but it absolutely does the trick. There are umbrellas outside back by the pool with many chairs and pool towels to use. A covered front porch with swing and rocking chairs. There is a gas grill and Blackstone. The golf cart was amazingly handy. Made getting to the ocean and local stores/restaurants a breeze. Its kept the kids busy, which allowed the husband and I to actually have a vacation. It’s also quite fast, 25mph! There is a TV in all the rooms, the master bedrooms TV is in the Armoire. The master bed is so comfortable! The checkout procedure is easy peasy! Strip the beds, put linen and towels in a pile on the floor, take out the trash to the outside cans, and load and start dishwasher. No sweeping, mopping, vacuuming. Toni, host, was great! Very responsive and helpful. Only had to text her once when we arrived about the WiFi name. You will not be disappointed.

Golf cart was awesome! Pool was a little dirty when we arrived but it was cleaned the next day for what I assume was weekly cleaning, everything was great

This is a great rental. The house, pool, and golf cart made this a great location for our family of 5. This was the vacation we all had been needing and truly enjoyed every minute of it. Will definitely be back.
