Newly Renovated Long Beach Cottage - Ocean and Marsh views; 1 min walk to beach!

We are excited to share our newly renovated "Long Beach Cottage", a third-row home on the exclusive West End of Oak Island. It's only a 1 min walk to the public handicap beach access and sits directly on the marsh. The large rocking chair front porch has ocean views and the new screened back porch has a peaceful and private marsh view.

The living room has plenty of seating for all of your guests. There is a 55" smart TV and plenty of games, books, and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is fully stocked including a state-of-the-art water filter, 12 cup coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot and blender. The dining area has an extendable table with seating for up to 10.

The LBC sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with a King, a Queen and 2 rooms that each have 2 Twin XL mattresses that can be converted to a King for an additional fee. All mattresses are NEW in 2023! Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, noise machine and USB ports for charging all of your devices.

The house has a fully enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and a washer/dryer. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

The LBC has been thoughtfully designed and well-appointed to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone!

Look no further - book this home!
This house is amazing! The views of the marsh from the new back deck are breathtaking. The beach is just a few steps away! The owners have thought of everything to make their guests feel at home, from sound machines in each bedroom to a fully stocked kitchen. The beds are super comfortable and make for a great night's sleep. The home has a great floorplan, is tastefully decorated, and super clean. Don't look any further, book this house!

Beach perfection!
Such a lovely place to enjoy the best of Oak Island! Truly a 1 minute walk to the beach, this beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed home has everything a family or small group could need for a relaxing and fun weekend. From the outdoor shower to the amazing back deck with stunning marsh-views, this home has everything you need for an amazing beach vacation. Owner is also very responsive and helpful! Highly recommended.

Pure Blessing
Our family of five had a wonderful, restful week together before our girls leave for college. The house is perfectly decorated and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the large kitchen table where we could all eat together and play games. The kitchen is stocked well and the laundry is a great touch. The location could not be better and the marsh is breathtaking. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.
