Cottage Long Beach rénové - vues océan et marais ; 1 min à pied de la plage !

We are excited to share our newly renovated "Long Beach Cottage", a third-row home on the exclusive West End of Oak Island. It's only a 1 min walk to the public handicap beach access and sits directly on the marsh. The large rocking chair front porch has ocean views and the new screened back porch has a peaceful and private marsh view.

The living room has plenty of seating for all of your guests. There is a 55" smart TV and plenty of games, books, and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen is fully stocked including a state-of-the-art water filter, 12 cup coffee maker, air fryer, crockpot and blender. The dining area has a large dinging table with comfortable seating for 8.

The LBC sleeps 8 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are furnished with a King, a Queen and 2 rooms that each have 2 Twin XL mattresses that can be converted to a King for an additional fee. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, noise machine and USB ports for charging all of your devices.

The house has a fully enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower and a washer/dryer. Bed linens and bath towels are provided.

The LBC has been thoughtfully designed and well-appointed to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone!

We had a great stay at this house. The front balcony and screened-in porch were both fantastic spaces to relax, and the living area was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all amenities, the location was excellent - 2 blocks to the beach. The owners were very communicative throughout the stay. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our recent vacation at this beautiful property! Everything was great...the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms had everything needed, the living space was perfect for the 4 of us and we LOVED the big comfy couch to relax on! The porches were an added bonus! so much room and even a covered area !! The beach was a short walk away which was perfect! One suggestion...maybe a POOL some day?? haha! Thank you so much for giving us a nice place to spend time together! We would highly recommend it!

The property was exactly as advertised, very clean, and spacious. Communication with the property manager was very easy and quick. A very short, 2 minute walk to the beach was a cherry on top. Would highly recommend this property for your stay.

We were so impressed by this house! There were so many touches throughout that made it obvious the hosts take pride in this home. So many kitchen utensils and amenities that we didnt expect to be provided! The listing’s pictures don’t do this house justice, especially with the open concept of the living room and kitchen, it’s so much space. We enjoyed both the covered front porch with rocking chairs, as well as the back deck for a sunset and great stargazing. Access to the beach is so close and easy. Plenty of parking space! We will certainly book again, thank you!

This beach home is the best! The most comfy beds, softest sheets, beautiful views of the beach and the marsh. Short walk to beach (didn't have to pay extra to park!) Susan was so helpful and kind. Next vacation we will definitely book here!!

Excellent Beach House!

Long Beach Cottage is an excellent choice! Location could not be better with marsh views and a quick 2 min walk to the beach. Each bedroom has its own mirror and counter space making it easy to get ready. Very clean with nice furnishings. Will come again!

This was by far, the best rental/vacation we have had! The owners are so kind and great with communication. The property is so clean, everything you could want or need inside the home. This felt like we had a home away from home and we are so grateful to have found such a wonderful space to spend time together as a family. Very family friendly, easy and short walk to the beach. Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The house is perfectly located. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and wonderful marsh views off the back deck. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The house is very well maintained and stocked. We had everything we needed and more. The rocking chairs on the front porch were our favorite. Perfect for morning coffee.

Perfect for family, close to beach access

This home was absolutely perfect for our family. We were so impressed by the cleanliness and the adorable decor. It’s clear the owner has put a lot of effort into making the home a lovely rental. We really enjoyed how close this home was to the beach, and how well appointed it was: they had literally everything we needed! We are seriously considering renting again in Summer 2025! Thank you!
