Nice Place

Everything worked out great and it was nice and clean. The only issue was we couldn't get any TV channels and we didn't bring anything to stream to the TV, so basically no TV

Thank you for your wonderful 5-star review, Scott! We are thrilled to hear that your stay was enjoyable and that you found the condo clean and well-maintained. We understand that the lack of TV channels was an inconvenience during your visit. Many properties in the area have transitioned away from traditional cable TV, opting instead for streaming services. This allows guests to log in with their own credentials and access a variety of apps for entertainment. We appreciate your understanding and hope that this won't deter you from staying with us again in the future.

Great Stay, As Pictured

We had a great stay and everything was as pictured - super clean and perfect for our group. The only challenge was that it was a bit difficult to find at first (both the unit and the parking) as the directions for both weren’t super clear. We also requested a fan via the portal and never heard back, but it ended up being fine. Overall would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Great place in a great location. Everything as advertised. All was super comfortable, clean, well appointed, and exactly as advertised. The walking paths around the facility were a little treacherous, but it did not impact our stay. We did have a minor plumbing issue, also that did not impact our stay, however, I reached out to management and they were immediately on top of it, sending multiple people to investigate the problem. Ended up, not being anything at all, and again it did not impact our experience, but it was nice to see how responsive they were. Would totally stay at another property managed by these folks.

Vail Condo stay

We really enjoyed the condo. It was just the right size for the 5 of us. The place is uphill and very tranquil with lots of surrounding trees. Our kids had a blast sledding down the hills. I would have given 5 stars but I didn’t know the master bedroom is on the 3rd floor exposed to the living room below so you can hear everything when you are trying to sleep and there is conversation in the living room below. Also there were some drainage issues with one of the shower tubs. Other than that the condo was nice and clean.
