This is a very cute, clean apartment. Two-levels, kitchen and sitting area downstairs and bed, sofa, tv, bathroom upstairs. We had everything we needed during our stay. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces. We used the jacuzzi and deck furniture. There was also a little area for sitting with a gas fireplace. I would definitely rent here again. Hopefully it’s available on our next trip to Eugene!

Very clean and well taken care of, although the furnishings were a bit sparse in the bedroom. The pet towels are bowls are a nice touch. We will happily stay here again in the future.

Northbank Loft was a fantastic place to stay. Everything was thoughtfully laid out and felt quaint and welcoming. Logan was so helpful and communicative throughout my visit. She provided lots of insight on things Eugene had to offer.I stayed while moving my daughter into the dorms at the University of Oregon. It was a short drive to campus, very close to the stadium, and in a lovely neighborhood with great streets and walking areas near the Willamette River.I didn’t bring my dog this time, but the property is wonderfully set up for one. It has a beautiful, well-kept fenced yard with great lighting and a hot tub also. Just inside the entrance of the loft, there’s a dog welcome area stocked with towels, doggy bags, and a water bowl. The kitchenette is very well organized, and the Nespresso machine is fully stocked. The upstairs bathroom is spotless and welcoming. The bedroom has a sitting area and TV, along with a comfortable spot to work on a laptop. There’s also a small standing work area downstairs. The whole place just has a cozy feel, and it was fantastic to end your day there.I’ll definitely stay again when I visit my daughter, and next time I’ll probably bring my dog.

Great Getaway!

We were very pleased by our trip to Oregon, and our stay at the Northbank Loft. Logan was a very accommodating and attentive host for the time leading up to and during our stay. The Loft was a perfect little set up for two. Very clean and comfortable and in the perfect location for everything we were wanting to do. The neighborhood was nice and quiet as well. We would stay here again!

This is my 2nd stay at this address...1st time in the Riverside retreat and this time in the Loft. Bith experiences have been wonderful! The hosts are excellent in communicating and doing all they can to make the stay as stressfree as possible. Both units are very clean, warm and inviting. I would highly recommend these hosts and will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Quiet and Private

Had a great backyard and the hot tub was very nice! The space was great. The only complaint I have is that the deck was very icy and slippery in the mornings as the boards seem pretty smooth, but that resolved itself after a couple hours!

Location and Amenities

Great stay for move-in week at UO (and the Duck-Buff game!). Quiet neighborhood and an easy mile walk to Autzen (avoid the parking hassles). Hot tub was a nice feature. Perfect sized property with everything we needed. Really couldn’t have asked for more. Logan was an awesome host - very responsive and gave great restaurant and activity suggestions! Will look to stay here again for future UO trips. Thanks Logan!

Great

Not only would we stay here again, we would highly recommend to friends and family. Easy. Everything about this place was easy. Check-in. Location. These owners have put a lot of thought into the entire set-up, Nespresso coffee, instant oatmeal, popcorn, the list goes on… comfy bed with nice linens. Robes! Loved it!
