A five star stay! A great location with plenty of space for our group. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms with a great living space. Wonderfully updated with a farmhouse feel.

The house was EXACTLY what I was looking for to celebrate my daughter's graduation from a nearby college--spacious, clean, nicely decorated, excellent AND extra amenities in the kitchen and laundry--a great place for my family to stay during the graduation weekend. The hostess responded promptly to my questions and concerns and seemed kind and easy-going, check-in and check-out was easy. I would definitely stay there again. So glad I found this place in that it made our special weekend even more special and memorable!

This house is amazing, and if you are staying in the Chattanooga area, it is close to everything. The beds were perfect, and the setting was extremely peaceful and inviting. It was perfectly appointed and delightful in every way.

The house is beautiful and we had a comfortable stay. The AC did quit working during our second day there (frozen unit). We let the hosts know as soon as we noticed it. We received a message the next day that the AC company they contacted could not make it out to look at the unit until after we left two days later. Thankfully, the weather was over cast most days, so only the first night it quit was hot. It did come back on after it thawed. We understand that you can’t control when technicians can come check issues; however, the hosts did not offer any assistance with the heat such as extra fans, etc.

Country Gem was a wonderful place to stay while we visited Chattanooga. The house was clean. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen seemed to have all the pots and pans you needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to park both cars in front of the garage which made it easy to get in and out of the shared driveway. We had a problem trying to figure out how to adjust the thermostat but the host quickly responded to our request for help and walked us through it. The area rug in the living room has two corners that are curling up and could cause someone to trip. It would be helpful to fix those. We suggest that the host provide written instructions on operating the thermostat and the tv. Overall we enjoyed the house and especially enjoyed the Robin nesting on the back porch. This is a very relaxing place to stay.

Relaxing place to unwind

Overall, a great place to unwind for a weekend getaway. Visited ruby falls and stayed here for a family birthday. It was clean, organized, and relaxing. The property manager was also very accommodating with minor issues with the lock. I would definitely stay here again.
