Seaside Proper Condo walk to the beach, shopping & restaurants

Live like a local in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo just steps to all that Seaside has to offer. Walk to all the restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. Rental comes with wristbands for Seaside beach access at the Coleman Pavilion. You can rent chairs there or bring your own. Located on the second floor of the building it has a large porch / balcony overlooking beautiful Ruskin Place Artist Colony, there is a screened in porch for dining and another balcony shared by 2 of the bedrooms with nice views of Seaside. The living room has a 85 inch smart TV, the dining room has seating for 6 and there is a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed & private bathroom. 2 have tubs / shower combos and one has a shower only. The condo sleeps 6. If you are looking for the perfect location in the middle of all the action of Seaside but still offers a peaceful setting & privacy this is the condo for you.

Great location! Neighbors/locals were friendly and invited us to the roof to watch the NYE fireworks. Owner was responsive and helpful and beds were super comfy.

The condo is so convenient to all the shops and eateries. Also very convenient to the beach. The best part was the porch that had a view of the park area. The screened porch was nice too.

Great central location

3 couples, great stay. Very clean, all the kitchen supplies we would need. Only thing I would clarify on site description would be the unit is located on the 2nd floor and no elevator. It was not an issue for us, but could be for some vacationers. We plan to return soon! Pics are view from our balcony/location.

Great Location and Quiet

The location is perfect. Next to Seaside square yet facing away and on backside of the noise. The layout was great with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We really enjoyed our stay!

The condo is very nice. It's great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The outdoor porch area is very spacious. The shops and beach are all very close. The convenience factor of this condo is huge!Only downside is if you do want to drive anywhere, you might have trouble finding a parking spot when you return. One day if took my husband nearly an hour to get a spot.

Perfect for a relaxing family vacation

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view and proximity to food, shops, and the beach. Host was responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space for the family to spread out and relax. We would definitely do it again!

The best place to stay in Seaside.

This condo was perfect. Very clean and kitchen was fully stocked. The best location ever. Right in the heart of Seaside. Walk to everything. Never want to stay anwhere else. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Vacation

The location is prime and the unit was great. My teen girls walked day and night back and forth to the beach, shops, and eateries. The property manager (MJ) was exceptionally responsive and friendly. I would rent this unit again for sure.

Seaside Studio

We stayed here for my birthday weekend, and it was the perfect getaway! The owner was very personable and was quick to respond to any questions I had. The location is unbeatable. You are just STEPS away from the center of Seaside (lawn area). We will definitely be staying here again.

We’ve been coming to Seaside for 14 years. This is a beautiful, serene condo right in the gorgeous Ruskin art community. It is truly breathtaking each day to wake up here with a view of the park and a short walk to the beach. I absolutely felt so lucky to stay here with my family of four plus a friend. Everyone had plenty of comfortable space. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable and high quality. The decor was fun and light hearted with some original art hanging in the dining area. The kitchen was such good energy with lots of room for cooking and overlooking the park as well while you’re making breakfast. I enjoyed walking to the beach early in the morning and not missing any sunsets because of the amazing location. We were able to catch church and also listen to live music. Nigel’s became a quick favorite! Great southern cafe is of course our favorite restaurant and being able to put our name down on busy nights was an extra bonus from a short walk from the condo. A true vacation experience where relaxing is easy and we will absolutely be back soon!

Great location

Great location, but VRBO listing is a little confusing on which unit you’re actually getting. The property was nice, but could definitely use some new linens, free access to the community pools (price per day was $60 to use the pools??!!) and updates to the unit for the price. Overall a really great stay, but we do wish for the amount that we paid, we would have had a unit that better reflected that price. We have stayed in Seaside/Seagrove area for years.

Park and Walk

If you are looking to arrive, park your car, and not have to drive again for the duration of your stay (unless you are beset by the the need to visit outlets or the chintzy touristy parts) then this is your place. The property is smack in the middle of Seaside with a 2-minute walk to the main square, a 5-minute walk to the beach, easy roof-top access, and a large balcony/porch for people watching and conversation. We were there for a week and never once got in our cars once we arrived. There are plenty of restaurants, a convenient local grocery store (or Publix about a mile away), and the kitchen is well stocked for food preparation. The property manager was very attentive and we also met the owner who was very kind and affable. The beds are comfortable and all three adults had their own space. I cannot recommend this property enough if you like Seaside.

Great Stay in Seaside!

This condo was really nice for Spring Break. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, worked perfectly for us. The space is not huge, but it is comfortable and clean. Sheets and towels were fresh. Beds were better than expected. The location is ideal, lots of shops and restaurants in very close proximity. The beach access is approximately a three minute walk. The best part of this rental is the outdoor space. The screened porch is really nice for eating outside or playing cards/games. There is uncovered space on the open porch where you can sunbathe and a covered sitting area overlooking the courtyard great for reading and relaxing. The only thing that might be a downside for some guests is the location of the parking for this unit. It is about a block and a half from the condo. We were given one parking pass for the paid parking area, but it fills up fast, so we didn’t drive anywhere after checking in. Our son arrived later than us and had to find parking on the street. Overall, it was a great vacation rental and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
