Great Little House

Very clean and comfortable. Has the basics and comfortable beds. Great for small children as there is a basement they can run around in and not worry about breaking anything.

Convenient for Jeffco!

My family and extended family stayed at this cute, cozy home during the state track meet! We loved the fully stocked kitchen and ideal location. We were able to make healthy meals for our athlete and avoid the nightly traffic back to Greeley. It must have worked because our son won the gold in his race!

Wedding Weekend

This was a great property for our family to stay at for our family and the location was convenient for everything we needed . I guess the only thing was 6 adults sharing the main level bathroom. It was not a problem the day of the wedding since only the guys were at the house getting ready. Back yard was nice and there was plenty of parking.

Great house for family of 5

This was a lovely, clean home that fit our family of 5. Everyone got to have their own room, with a bed to spare. The neighborhood is very quiet and an older neighborhood. The house took care of everything we needed. I would suggest grip strips on the bathtub. We were careful, but I could see someone slipping on that. Everything was great! Thank you!

Not perfect but nice

The property was clean, spacious and located in a transitioning neighborhood. It was conveniently located for us. The bathrooms were small but well appointed. The mattresses unfortunately, were low quality. We also had no coffee pot. When I inquired about it - I did not receive any response. Although they promised to have excellent communication, we did not have that experience. In fact, aside from automated check in and check out emails, the property manager never responded to my messages during the stay.

Cute place

Overall it was a great visit. Communication wasn’t the greatest. Anytime I would message, I would never get an answer back. So that was frustrating. The temp in the house was an ice box. We tried adjusting it to a comfortable setting, but it seemed to reset and get really cold again. I did not bother to message host because I never got any replies for previous questions. It was a cute place and overall good stay. I would HIGHLY recommend a change to the basement entry. The ceiling is very VERY low and we are not super tall people and we had to duck to avoid hitting our head, which did happen once while there. If there was a recommendation for the host, it is to reply to messages from the renters.

This was a very clean home and the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The home was located very close to Golden, which was important to us.
