Excellent Location

The home is lovely. My husband had heart surgery at Tampa General Hospital and the location of the home is literally 5 minutes away. There was a bit of an issue with the A/C upon checking in but it was fixed quickly with no further issues. We were also there during the most current hurricane, and had to evacuate. The owners were great, they were in constant contact with us providing updates on when we could return. I would certainly stay here again!

Mike Came in Clutch

So our arrival and check in process wasn't perfect. Short and sweet we were somehow double booked and arrived to find someone's things at the property. After a 12 hour drive with a 13 month old that wasn't ideal. We managed to get in touch with the property owner and he was excellent. He got the booking issue sorted out, had the place cleaned in a snap and provided a partial refund for the trouble. The house was terrific and exactly as advertised. The location is excellent and was perfect for what we needed. We were a block from the ship channel, less than a mile to a park and within easy walking distance to plenty of places to eat. It's peaceful and quite at the property and everything was very clean and recently updated. This was the first time there was any kind of booking snafu and I've been using VRBO for probably 10 years or more. The odds were there that it would happen eventually and I'm glad it happened with someone who made everything right and did it quickly and without any issues. You won't go wrong staying here.
