Relax in style at this peaceful oasis in Lighthouse Point`s most desired neighborhood of Lake Placid. The fenced backyard features a new pool, built-in BBQ grill and bar area. The Chef`s kitchen has Wolf appliances, an induction cook-top with side burner grill, Wolf espresso machine, large wine cooler and a large stainless refrigerator & freezer. At night the backyard is a tropical oasis that feels like a high-end resort. This is the perfect place to enjoy all that South Florida has to offer.

My wife and I bought this home as a vacation home to enjoy with our adult children and hope you will treat it as if it were your own too.
This modern designer 3BR/2BA home gives you a fun, relaxing & stylish place to call home during your stay.
You will enjoy having a beautifully remodeled Chef`s kitchen with custom Italian Cabinetry, high-end WOLF appliances & a large cooking island with an induction cook-top with side burner grill and custom vent hood. Fully stocked with dishes, glassware, flatware and more! The kitchen also features a large wine fridge, double column refrigerator and freezer & tons of storage.
The new backyard is perfect for entertaining & you will never want to leave! It has a heated pool, amazing covered patio with a built-in grill, bar area a astro-turf backyard that kids and pets will love!
Bedrooms and Baths:
This 1,963 sq ft rambler has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests.
The primary bedroom features a new King bed and mattress. It features wonderful built in closets, a custom en-suite bathroom with free-standing spa tub, a walk-in shower with multiple rinse options along with a rainfall shower head, custom lit mirrors with built-in defogging and a heated towel rack.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and is located next the hall bath. Hall bath has a multi-head shower combination with frameless glass enclosure.
The 3rd bedroom is next to the primary dining area, It features a queen bed and has access to the pool and patio area. The 3rd bedroom is cooled by a mini-split Air Conditioning unit with its own remote control.
Guest will have entire home to themselves. You will have access to the garage to park your car if you prefer. The garage door can be controlled via Genie`s Aladdin Connect App
We are available via phone and text during your stay. We also have a local 24-hr concierge service to respond to issues or needs that may develop during your stay.
Our home is located in Lake Placid within Lighthouse Point. This area offers a low-key atmosphere and small town charm. You`ll see locals mostly touring around in their golf carts. The neighborhood is filled with mostly long-term local residents.
We have tons of great restaurants and shopping within close proximity.
There is a Publix within walking distance of our home and Costco is only 4 miles straight down Sample Rd. There is also a Whole Foods, Walmart Super Center and Sprouts Farmers Market close by.
Closest Beaches:
Hillsboro Inlet & North Ocean Beach Park (which is a super nice and quiet beach area) are less about 3 miles to the South.
Pompano Beaches and Pier are just under 5 miles South of Lighthouse Point.
Deerfield Beach is about 4 miles to the North.
At the end of our street is a wonderful park to keep kids and adults entertained. It is home to the Lighthouse Point Tennis Center with about a dozen courts. There is a basketball court, sand volleyball court, baseball and soccer fields, children`s playground equipment, outdoor fitness equipment and more.
We love how quiet the neighborhood is and how friendly our neighbors are.
For bigger city activities - you`re close to Miami (about a 45 minute drive) or Fort Lauderdale (about 15-20 minutes) to the South and Boca Raton (10 miles) and West Palm Beach (35 miles) to the North.
Our neighborhood is very walkable. There is a park at the end or our street and we are within walking distance to a Publix grocery store and restaurants. We have plenty of parking in our driveway and garage for guests.
NO LOUD MUSIC, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES, NO LARGE GATHERINGS
There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10:00 PM and ask that you please respect the neighbors. We do have a Minut noise monitoring device inside the home and will contact you if noise levels exceed reasonable levels for extended periods of time.
GUESTS WITH YOUNG CHILDREN: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to âchildproofâ this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants staying on the property.
POOL: Swim at your own risk. No diving as pool is only 4` deep.
NO GLASS OR BOTTLES OUTSIDE: We provide plastic dishes and glassware for outside use.
All vehicles associated with the rental must be parked on hard surface off-street parking provided on the property, and no more than one vehicle per bedroom in the rental shall be permitted.
That no solid waste or recycling container for the residential property shall be located at the curb for pickup before 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to pick up, and the solid waste and recycling containers shall be removed before 9:00 p.m. of the day of pickup.
Noise Control per City Ordinance: Quiet Hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Any sound shall not be plainly audible for a period of one minute or longer at a distance of 25 feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. daily and at a distance of 50 feet or more when measured from the source property line between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. daily.

Guests acknowledge that swimming is at their own risk, and the host is not responsible for any injuries or accidents.
Shower Before Swimming:
To maintain water quality, guests should shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi.

Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours (10 PM to 8 AM).
Clean Up After Yourself:
Guests are responsible for cleaning up any trash or used towels after swimming.
No Glassware:
To prevent accidents, no glassware is permitted in the pool area.
Supervision of Children:
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No Diving: Diving is not permitted in the pool.
Events: Events are not permitted.

We have been vacationing in South Florida for over 10 years. In 2022 we bought this home as our second vacation home. We wanted something for our family that was comfortable, close to beaches, yet far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of the busy areas like Fort Lauderdale and Miami. We love this neighborhood for how quiet it is and all the wonderful things to enjoy within just a few minutes drive. We also like that we can be in Miami/South beach in about 45 minutes. We enjoy sharing this beautiful home with other families who are looking for luxury accommodations in a nice, safe neighborhood setting.
