Shade seekers will find comfortable outdoor sofa seating under the covered patio, a tabletop fireplace providing ambiance in the evening hours.



Newly remodeled with a designer-like interior presenting contemporary furnishings and elevated décor, you’ll never be more delighted to take a break from the heat as you rejuvenate in open spaces illuminated in an abundance of natural light. Sink into plush sofa and armchair seating in the living room while you stream all your favorite entertainment on the smart TV. The cocktail creator among you will find the dry bar well equipped for the task, with dedicated refrigerators for chilling all your needed ingredients. The modern, fully equipped kitchen showcases all-white appliances, waterfall stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. For dining, you’ll have prime choice of where to enjoy your meals between the island with cushy stools for 3, the chic formal table with room for 6, or back outdoors for al fresco dining in the fresh coastal air.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, twin size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.

• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets, dogs 20 lbs. or less allowed. No aggressive breeds or exotic animals. An additional daily pet fee of $35 per pet will be required in addition to your final booking cost. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet!

• Non-Smoking property. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs, up to $1500 total. This is strictly enforced via in-house monitors.

• Maximum occupants allowed is 8. No parties or events.

• Maximum cars allowed is 4. Do not park on the street as you will be ticketed or towed.

• Quiet hours after 9pm. Strictly enforced via in-house noise monitors (these monitors do not record, only track decibel level). You may be asked to leave with no refund if Quiet hours are not respected. This is strictly controlled by the City.
