Cleaning: Before each guest arrives, our home is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized for your safety and peace of mind.

Perfect for vacationers, families, and business travelers. Main Floor: 2 sleeper sofa couches, large dining table seats up to 10, 55" HDTV, dedicated work desk, fully stocked kitchen, with stone counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances, hall closet with high chair and pack n play crib, children's toys. Enclosed 3 season front porch, enclosed rear porch and open rear deck,

2nd floor : 2 bedrooms with queen beds, hallway full bath.

Lower level: Large king bedroom, sleeper sofa, upholstered chair, full bath, laundry room with full size washer / dryer plus utility sink.

All bedrooms have, blackout curtains and 4KHD tv's!

House Rules:

The number of guests shall not exceed the number on the booking. Having more guests than stated on the booking is considered "unauthorized guests" and subject to fines. Unauthorized parties, guests, events and smoking of any kind are house rule violations and will result in fines / fees and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. If extra cleaning is required due to excessive mess, or unauthorized activity such as smoking inside the property, you may be charged up to a $500 cleaning fee.

We are not responsible for lost or missing guest items. We value the safety and security of all our guests.



PET FEES and PET RULES:

All pets must be house trained.

Standard pet fee is $75.

If we have to clean up pet urine or droppings in the apartment or pet droppings outside we will charge additional.

We must be notified if you have animals, even if they are service animals. Animals must not be left unattended unless they are crated. They cannot be left loose alone in the house.



Note: You must be 21 or older to book. Guests must provide a photo of your D.L. or State ID upon request.

This historic district of Joliet is called "The Cathedral District or Cathedral Area" The Cathedral Area neighborhood of Joliet, IL is a green, tree-lined community that contains an incredible array of homes displaying a dozen architectural styles. for the nearby Cathedral Church Many beautiful, restored homes, reflect the rich history of Joliet.



Getting Around:

We have private driveway parking. Some stores, restaurants and shops are walking distance. Exploring further will require a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

Please remember that you will be staying in privately owned home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with respect. If there are any problems that arise, we will do our best to attend to these situations ASAP!

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of the building is monitored 24/7 by recording security cameras covering the front building view of the street, and the rear deck view of the back yard.



We provide free parking for 4 cars Unauthorized cars will be towed at owner's expense
