The house has a huge yard for privacy, and a swimming pool and Tiki Hut, plus a putting green. Bring your putter! This home sits on the ocean overlooking the beautiful open ocean vistas. In the Winter you can see the sun rise and set over the ocean skyline. A great vacation destination.
Lots of Things to do! Snorkeling and fishing, swim with the dolphins at Dolphin Research Center, the Turtle Hospital is in Marathon and Aquarium Adventures is also a great spot to visit. Key West is 1 hour and 15 minute drive from here, and Islamaorada is aobut 35 minutes from us. Miami Airport is 2.5 hour drive. Don't forget your water shoes to walk along the breakwater and find amazing creatures and explore.
This 3 bedrooms and 3 bath has all bedrooms with onsuite baths. The Master bedroom has a King and one other has a king. The other bedroom has a queen.
There is a large open deck on the upper floor and the pool and tiki hut overlook the Atlantic Ocean vistas. Summer kitchen downstairs and near the pool. Your oceanfront oasis is here.
An extra refrigerator for your drinks and a commercial ice maker, you'll never run out of ice. The big Green Egg is available for your use and an electric Barbque grill. 2 kayaks and Corn Hole too!
This home has a 55 foot dock for a boat up to 35 ft long and a 5 foot draft. There is also a couple of Jet Ski dry docks for your use. The canals of Duck key are Flow through, therefore the canal is great for fishing right off the dock. Immediate access by boat to the ocean or bay.
The resort on the island has two public restaurants, two bars, dolphin encounters, parasailing,, Sunset Cruise boat, jet ski rentals. A true resort. Plenty of room for parking boat trailers and cars.
This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking onAirbnb~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2.
