There is an Island hopper which is at the airport only a couple of miles away. However, it is best to have your own transportation. You can also go by boat to some places such as restaurants. You may do a day fishing charter down the canal within walking distance from the property. There are also boat rentals in the area. A great restaurant Steak and Seafood. Other nice places are Brutus, Island Fish and walk from the property - Triton. Two large well stocked grocery stores 3 miles south. Walking distance across the street Circle-K, Walgreens, Bealle's and Dollar Tree. Well stocked with all your needs.
Available to you will be lots of sunshine, ocean views, water sports and relaxation. Native animals such as pelicans and manatees may want to visit. We have made every effort to ensure your stay will be enjoyable.

Ocean side Newly remodeled home. House has outside patio, private 60 ft dock (Space avail is for 27 ft. boat including engines), fish off dock. Pool & whirlpool with waterfalls/lighting. Parking Max 4 cars including boat trailer. Boat rentals available in the area close by also 2 Grocery stores, many restaurants, 7 Mile bridge.

All is accessible with the exception of the utility room. This is only for cleaning crew's necessities.
If the guest is bringing a boat, there is parking for trailer on premises. Also, the guest needs to bring their declaration of insurance page showing owners boat insurance. The dec page shall be emailed or texted to the Owner.
