Il est savamment dĂ©corĂ© pour vous permettre, Ă  vous et Ă  votre famille, de vous dĂ©tendre et de profiter de la vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an Atlantique. Le quai privĂ© de 60 pieds vous permettra d'explorer l'ocĂ©an Ă  votre guise. La rĂ©gion est idĂ©ale pour la pĂȘche, la plongĂ©e en apnĂ©e, le paddle board et le kayak. Lorsque vous n'ĂȘtes pas occupĂ© Ă  explorer l'ocĂ©an, vous pouvez vous dĂ©tendre dans la piscine privĂ©e. Marathon est Ă  seulement 50 miles en voiture du cƓur de Key West.

La maison 2 chambres 2 et 1/2 salles de bain est entiÚrement meublée. Les deux chambres offrent des lits king size, des commodes et des tables de nuit pour ranger toutes vos affaires. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tous vos besoins de cuisine et de repas. Une grande ßle offre des siÚges supplémentaires avec la grande table de salle à manger. La chambre familiale dispose d'un canapé-lit queen-size pour accueillir jusqu'à deux personnes supplémentaires. Une nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse vous permet de laver votre propre linge. Les deux chambres et la salle familiale offrent la télévision par cùble et le wifi. Le quai de 60 pieds attaché à l'arriÚre de la maison permet aux plaisanciers d'apporter et de ranger vos bateaux pendant que vous profitez de la maison.

Il s'agit d'une maison sƓur de la maison voisine, n ° 1034656. La diffĂ©rence entre les deux est que l'inscription # 1034656 est situĂ©e sur un double lot, a deux fois les impuretĂ©s, dort 10 dans des lits et loue du dimanche au dimanche. Nous utilisons la mĂȘme femme de mĂ©nage pour les deux maisons et elle ne peut en prĂ©parer qu'un dans la fenĂȘtre de temps du dĂ©part au check-in, donc, cette annonce loue du samedi au samedi et l'inscription # 1034656 loue du dimanche au dimanche.

The home was lovely with excellent attention to detail and included everything we needed for our stay! The views from the front and back of the home are absolutely spectacular! We rented a boat for the week and had no problems in and out of the channel and the bait freezer came in handy! Would highly recommend this rental whether you’re coming to fish or relax in the sun!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 younger children). The pictures do not do this property justice. The kitchen had everything we needed as far as pots/pans/utensils, there were spices available, washer and dryer to use, very comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, absolutely stunning views and the pool/canal were amazing extras. We would 1000% stay here again!!!

Amazing house for our two week stay in the Florida Keys. Pool and fishing amazing for our 3 children and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location and host was great! Would highly recommend and would stay again. Thank you!

What a special place. We had the most wonderful, memorable stay and can't wait to go back. Truly a home away from home. The views on the front and back of the house are so beautiful. Walking into the home, it was incredibly clean and open. The beds were large and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. The best part of the home is the accessibility to water. My husband and sons were able to walk out the front door and fish the Atlantic just a few steps away. Then, they'd go to the back of the house to fish the canal and take dips in the pool in between. We caught many Mangrove Snapper in the canal and enjoyed the visits from the neighborhood manatee. We were entertained at all times! Lastly, communication with the owners was great. They were incredibly nice to speak with, receptive and accommodating. We look forward to staying in their beautiful home again one day soon!

Great house!

Really nice house. Updated and comfortable. Refreshing pool. Well supplied house and kitchen. The only issue was that the access channel is shallow, but it worked for our 25 foot boat. You just need to stay on plane until you get through it. The channel is front of the house is deep and clean. We will stay here again for sure.

Beautiful property! Can't say enough about it. Just like the pictures. Lots of extras....laundry soap, beach chairs, small cooler, beach towels, plenty of bath towels, every kitchen utensil, even spices. On demand hot water, large permanent umbrella above the table near the pool (different than the pictures) Home is in excellent condition. We plan to return.

Amazing paradise!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Great quiet yet convenient location, comfy beds, cold AC, the owner was super friendly and accommodating. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and most importantly COFFEE! Beach towels and beach chairs on hand were a plus. The kids loved swimming pool, as did I. We saw manatees and various fish in the canal. We will definitely be back!

We will be back!

We had an amazing stay in Marathon, FL! The location was perfect for our boat and offered easy access to both offshore and inshore fishing spots. The accommodations were spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved cooking meals every day, especially the fish we caught. We also enjoyed playing multiple games of Uno that was provided there. The pool was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day in the sun or just to relax. The community was friendly, and we met some great people both in the area and on the canal. One of the highlights was seeing the manatees by the dock in the mornings and evenings—a mom and her baby who enjoyed drinking fresh water from the hose. I wish I could attach pictures to show those precious moments! We made wonderful memories and, although we visit a couple times a year, this was our first time at this home, and we've decided that we'll definitely be choosing this place again! The owners are incredibly nice people too! Highly recommend! -From Ruskin, FL

This is the perfect house for our family of 3. Atlantic Sunrise is everything the description promises and more! The home is clean and the water views are a definite highlight. Absolutely Perfect

We loved our stay. The house was setup perfectly for two couples. We enjoyed watching both the sunrises and sunsets. Even had a dolphin swim up in the channel. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Great location central in Marathon and all the keys. Amenities are spot on had a great visit with no worries no problems. Pool was the icing on the cake. Great host for communication . Highly recommend.

Spectacular views of the ocean. This home was well appointed and comfortable for our family. The canal behind the house was full of fish and wildlife. Anyone looking for a relaxing keys experience, this spot delivers. Steve is a great host and is a very communicative host. Our family is looking forward to returning to this home.

Marathon Paradise

Once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners are very responsive and go over and above to make your stay as relaxing as possible. House is fully loaded with all the amenities needed. Just bring a bathing suit and boat! Views are spectacular. Sunrise in the front, sunset in the back. Can’t wait for our next visit and haven’t even made it home yet.
