Newly renovated centrally located charming home with comfortable couch and beds; Master bedroom has a its own bathroom. Work areas available; Large living room w/ cozy sofa & 65'' TV; fully-equipped kitchen; washer & dryer in the back yard. Easy access to bus-stop and Park Place Mall, Barnes & Noble, Saguaro National East, UA, Downtown, Sprouts grocery, Planet Fitness, & diverse cuisine at restaurants such as Guadalajara Mexican Grill, Opa's Best Greek, Alafia West African, Kiwami Ramen. Enjoy the entire main house including 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large living room, and full kitchen. Handicap accessible. Guest house might be occupied during your stay. Back yard and washer/dryer are shared.

The house is spacious, quite neighborhood and great for a large family, but the house is not screaming vacation home, it's more like witnesses protection home. We only used one of the three bedrooms. The bedspread needs to be washed. The kitchen cabinets needs to be wiped down. Both bathrooms shower floor tiles needs replacing. There's a chair in the hallway closet that reminds me of the book...(The Spook That Sat By The Door.)

Comfortable

This place has very comfortable beds/pillows! The communication with the owner was not as good as previous reviews indicated. The back bedroom window is right above the shared washer and dryer...be careful when opening the blinds! A neighbor was loading the machines when we did and able to look right into the bedroom. Also, be aware that there are two dwellings attached - one on either side, and the walls are very thin. You can hear conversations and general sounds. I was in the front bedroom and was startled awake at 11:30 pm by a very loud slam (neighbor shutting their front door). It literally sounded like someone was breaking into the house. Overall - a totally fine place to stay - just be aware of close occupants.

Great stay!!

The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, clean, and quiet. It's in a great neighborhood and close to everything we needed. It has a really nice outdoor area in the back with a grill and a porch swing out front. The beds were very comfortable with nice fluffy pillows and soft blankets/sheets. The kitchen was well stocked, complete with a good selection of seasonings, coffee, creamer, cookware, and dishes. The only issue we had was the dishwasher wasn't working correctly so we had to wash everything by hand. We definitely plan to rent this place again the next time we visit Tucson.

Mei's Place ROCKS

We heard it was nearly impossible to find a hotel room in Tucson for the world famous Rock & Mineral Show so I searched VRBO and found Mei's place. It was fantastic! We were close enough to the shows to get there easily but far away from the crowds. The house was super comfortable and the beds were amazing! We had everything we needed with a well stocked kitchen & 2 bathrooms. The grocery store was only 1 mile away and the post office was right up the street for mailing rocks home. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Perfect stay for the 5 of us. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Mei!
