Welcome to a 3bd/2ba home perfectly located to everything you want to do in Tucson!
Newly installed level 2 electric vehicle charging station. Recently renovated and newly furnished! This house is a private oasis, tucked away in the historic Broadmore neighborhood. This quiet neighborhood has biking and walking paths and the lush Arroyo Chico wash is steps from the house. The Broadmore neighborhood is known as the pioneer of urban forestry in Tucson and has many large trees and beautiful desert vegetation throughout the neighborhood. Whether it’s walking, biking or driving we are only minutes away from anywhere you would like to go!

While at the house you can relax in ultimate comfort! Enjoy conversation while reclining in new lazyboy furniture. Every room has a memory foam mattress with adjustable base and the master bedroom has private patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to make a great meal. You can also enjoy that meal or drinks on the large, extended patio or at the fire pit on a cool evening. Bar b queuing is a must! You can also enjoy our newly installed 3 hole putting green. The yard is large with pet friendly desert landscaping and there is plenty of room to run around for the kids.The home is also equipped with a whole home UV air purifier that filters viruses, allergens, mold, pet dander, dust and cooking smells. When you stay here you will find yourself refreshed for your Tucson adventures or business endeavors.

Things to know:
- We love and respect our neighbors. Quiet time is between 10pm to 8am.
- “Little hands touch our floor so please leave your shoes at the door”. Please remove your shoes while in the house.

The host was the best and even came by to help us with combination lock. The lock was not the problem, the elder operators were! The place was wonderfully appointed, and my only suggestion was supplying Kleenex.

The best possible stay in Tucson. We stayed there for soccer tournament and the place is 9 minutes from Kino sports park. The communication was fantastic and the place was perfect. Clean, well maintained on a quiet street.

Super Place. One would NOT need ANYTHING but food & drinks. Immaculately clean. All beds have an adjustable base to raise the head up & down. PLUSH bedding, blankets & plenty of towels. The backyard is very inviting. It is lit up on a timer. A small putting area. Seating galore. A swing..and other items one might need. The owner .....was extremely helpful with instructions in unlocking the home. Can't believe it..we happened to have a connections with Thomas the owner. The People he knew WE knew. What a small world. Will definitely return when my sisters & I are in Tucson again.

My husband and I, plus daughter and son-in-law, were in Tucson for a wedding. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond when we had a slight plumbing issue. The rental was tastefully furnished and we felt comfortable entertaining friends and family for short periods of time. The neighborhood was quiet, thus we all slept well. We would stay there again,

We stayed at this lovely home while moving our son into U of A. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe (and just a 5 minute drive from campus!). The house was very well appointed and had everything well labeled. The house was clean and well maintained, the owners were very communicative, We loved this house and will absolutely try to book it again fo future trips to visit our son!!

Perfect spot!

Such a clean, nice ,updated house with a cute backyard. House was well stocked with everything you might need. Comfortable beds too!! Came to Tucson to watch my son play ball against UofA. This cute place is less than a 5 min drive to the ballpark which was a huge bonus. Hosts were so accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Organized Family Home in Tucson

This home truly embodies the definition of an organized family home. It’s perfectly situated in a neighborhood close to everything you will need including just 15 minutes from the airport. Highly convenient when you have a flight in the early morning. This home was clean, very homey, and had everything you will need. The owners were great communicators, very nice, and were quick to respond to my every need. We will def stay here again!

Outstanding Property

We have stayed at a lot of different properties over the years and this one jumped right to the top of the list. This is an exceptional property where the owners have thought about almost everything. Very clean and well maintained, there was almost nothing that we needed that they did not provide. There is even a high-chair and playpen in the closet for young children. There is a large walk-in shower in one bedroom and another well-appointed bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. All rooms have a queen sized adjustable bed. All switches, closets and cabinets are clearly marked. The backyard is amazing and we enjoyed sitting outside enjoying breakfast or using the BBQ at night. There is also plenty of parking out front. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Overall, one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. Highly recommended.

Perfect

We stayed for 3 weeks mostly to golf and hike and enjoy good food. The VRBO was in a central location, with groceries at and food nearby. Also very quiet. A comfortable house and well stocked. We’ll be back!

Best rental in Tucson

We go to Tucson yearly for a month and have always felt like something was missing in the other rentals we’ve stayed at. Thomas’s rental is amazing, incredibly well equipped/stocked, very comfortable and clean. The host was great and very responsive to anything.

Amazing stay!

We traveled out to Tucson for our daughter’s graduation. Thomas and Samantha were excellent hosts - extremely accommodating and organized. The house was super clean, and we loved how everything was labeled so clearly. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need (pens, paper, tape, a first aid kit, supplies to do laundry, and a fully equipped kitchen that even had foil and baking trays, just to name a few). We had a wonderful trip, and a big part of the reason was how great the property, and hosts, were. We would love to make another trip out there, just to stay here again!

Great Hosts comfortable clean home!

We were visiting Tucson for a dog show and this property had a great fenced yard, quiet neighborhood great location. Property was exceptionally clean and well stocked to cook! Our car broke down on our way here and needed to add an extra night , They were very accommodating and willing to help! We will definitely stay here next year!

Gathering of friends

We booked this property to work on a project together. The living areas our needs with great lighting. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking equipment and an adequate number of place settings. We loved the R2D2 toaster. The overhead night light in the hall was much appreciated. We'd planned to sit in the backyard, but time got away from us...although it kept calling to us. Thanks also for arranging the morning wake up call of the pack of coyotes in the front yard. This is what I like about Tucson's urban areas.

Perfect

We stayed for a few nights while we visited our daughter at the University. Everything from booking, check in and all communications was easy. The home was perfect for our family of four but room for more. A VERY clean home, cozy beds and well stocked kitchen. The couches were so comfortable, nice big TV and great backyard . We would absolutely stay here again.

Memorable Weekend

We came to Tucson to see our daughter’s first college beach volleyball tournament and spend time with our family. The home had everything we needed to host a family dinner and enjoy family time. We had wonderful communication with the owner and he was super responsive to our needs as they arose. The kitchen was so organized and it had everything we needed to cook our family meals. We will definitely stay at this property again! Thank you Thomas for everything and making it a home away from home for the weekend.

Home Away From Home

We came to Tucson to visit our son at UofA. The communication with the property manager was friendly, clear and as frequently as needed. The home was welcoming, spotless and had everything we needed for our stay to feel comfortable while away from home. We will definitely be back!
