The apartment was very clean and quaint. The beds were very comfortable. It’s a great location. You’re down the road from the Four Quarters brewery and less than 2 miles from downtown Burlington. I would def stay here again!

We were very happy with the space and the condition. Nice and quiet neighborhood, and close to downtown. We would rent it again. Just a note: the hinge on the toilet seat is broken, and the bathroom sink stopper mechanism came loose. Thank you for a nice stay.

This was exactly as advertised! Parking was easy to use and next to house. Host was quick to respond. The house was very clean and spacious. Loved having the washer and dryer, it was a game changer. I give a very happy and honest 5 stars!

This is a very cozy well maintained property. The host was extremely accommodating. All necessary amenities were available, is within walking distance to lovely restaurants and a quick drive into Burlington. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean. Plan on returning next long weekend VT visit

This was perfect for our stay during UVM family weekend. Our daughter wanted a homecooked meal and to watch a family movie, and it was a comfortable space for this. It was only a 10 minute drive to campus or downtown Burlington, and didn't break the bank.

Great apartment and great location

The apartment was roomy, clean and in a quiet neighborhood just about a block from the main street in Winooski, a beautiful little town on the Winooski River. There are great restaurants and a brewery in town, which is only a couple of miles from both Burlington and the airport. Highly recommend!

Great spot in Winooski

My husband, a friend, my son and I stayed at Errin's place the night before the Vermont City Marathon. It was very conveniently located and had lots of amenities. Parking was easy and convenient. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet and cozy.

This is a great apartment just 2 blocks from the center of Winooski making it an easy walk to the amenities and even UVM. Errin keeps a beautiful and clean apartment. Check-in and parking were easy with good communication. Who knows, if the kid gets into UVM, we might make this our home base for future visits! Would definitely stay again.

Great Option Near UVM

Nice dog-friendly 2 BR close to the UVM campus and Church St in Burlington. Winooski has a cute town center as well. Beds were super comfy, and love that we could bring our dog. Would stay here again!

Great spot as a home base for a weekend in Winooski/Burlington. Loved being walking distance from a coffee shop, food options, and a brewery, especially with young kids.

This apartment in an older home was warm and inviting. All furniture including beds were incredibly comfortable. Wood floors were original and well cared for. Front porch was a delight!Errin was very responsive and made us feel welcome and cared for. I would definitely stay here again!
