This fully equipped New England style studio has everything you need to enjoy your time in the Burlington area and work from home. One block off Route 7/Shelburne Rd., tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, it is minutes away from Lake Champlain, Shelburne Farms, Shelburne Museum, Shelburne Vineyards, micro-breweries, coffee shops, restaurants and downtown Burlington. You will enjoy the easy drive to Stowe, mountain biking at Catamount, the Lake Champlain Ferry and Montreal. The studio is well appointed with a queen size bed, and a sofa bed that can be made up as a twin xl or queen. The full kitchen features electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, 3 types of coffee makers, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom is fully stocked with linens and amenities, and a laundry center with washer and dryer. Free off street parking for one vehicle is available, only steps away from the entrance. Free street parking is available. During the summer months you can enjoy the outdoor patio with table and chairs and an umbrella. This place is great for short stays or longer bookings!

We are originally from the Midwest and we love living in Vermont. We enjoy working in the garden and enjoying all of the beautiful scenery here.
Voici pourquoi lâhĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement
This is a quiet neighborhood with peaceful and friendly families. The studio is at the end of a dead-end street. There is a train track near the neighborhood so once in a while you will hear the soft rumble of the train because it is a welded track and they are not allowed to blow their whistle in our town. It is very nice and quiet.

We created the studio to be fully furnished, and attention was given to every detail of daily life in the design. It is equipped with everything you would need if you needed to shelter in place. All bedding, linens, dishes, and amenities you would need to stay for a short time or quite a long stay is there for you to feel comfortable and lacking nothing. There is a beautiful yard to view out of your windows, and you are in a location that is close to all of the sights and shopping to have quick access to what you came to Burlington for, without being right in the city of Burlington.
