Excellent location and host. We chose this spot to host the holiday and it was close to perfect. Near many hiking trails, in a fabulous neighborhood and close to everything. The host is responsive and amazing. When we return to the area I will definitely check to see if this place is available first! Highly recommend to all.

Pool was clean and lovely temperature, kitchen was well stocked, beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Mike was extremely nice and welcoming and made sure we knew he was available for any needs. Everything was super!

Great stay

This is a gorgeous house in the perfect location. It feels secluded but is near everything. Perfectly appointed and has everything you need for a great stay. The property was immaculate and we definitely recommend staying here. The owner was very helpful.

Clean and spacious, it was the perfect house for 4 guys on a golf getaway.

Family Time in Glendale

Mikey was an absolutely fantastic host. His home is lovely, in a great neighborhood, and he is available for anything you may need. We enjoyed visiting family while in town, and I would recommend this home to anyone!

Great Vacation Property

Had a great stay on the property. Owner graciously allowed us to check in early and addressed a couple of issues very promptly. Heated pool was nice especially the first couple of days when it was a little cool outside. Nice patio in the front of the house that we used in the morning for breakfast. Highly recommend the house for a stay in the Peoria/Glendale area.

Everything you need for a great vacation

The owner has provided everything you need for a great stay — a heated pool, a putting green, a ping pong table, a weight machine and a well stocked kitchen. The bedrooms are comfortable and the set up with different suites creates good privacy for all. Hiking and biking trails are right outside the door.

Lovely Arizona Stay

This property has a really nice set up inside and out. There are plenty of activities at the house, swimming in the pool, playing pool or Ping-Pong and board games. The bedrooms and extra mattresses are perfect. We only wish we had 3 places to shower for our party rather than 2, but things were workable, and we had a lovely time and would defiantly stay there again in the future,

Perfect place to hang out and entertain indoors and out

Great location in a nice neighborhood with walking access to fantastic hiking trails at Thunderbird park. Lots of room inside, we enjoyed playing ping pong and pool in the air conditioned garage, swimming, lounging and putting on the green in the backyard and had plenty of room with 2 big tvs to entertain extended family and watch the nba playoffs. Our host Mike was very accommodating and we will definitely plan to stay here again!

We had a wonderful time. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. It wasn’t as warm as we would like the pool to be for the kids. The front bedroom king bed does need to be replaced. It was a wonderful property overall.

Exceptional Inside and Out

What a beautiful property. More than expected inside and out. It was like staying in your own private resort. Room for all of us when we wanted family time and private time. We were more than pleased and Michael, the host, was fantastic to do business with. We hope this property is available next year at this time of year.

Worked well for us

A lovely home, well appointed, in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed that the bedrooms were spread out and the house was very quiet at night. Well equipped kitchen, well equipped overall. We couldn’t get the bbq lit, but no big deal to bake our chicken. We would stay there again.

Beautiful House

We loved it here! The house was very spacious and beautiful. The master bathroom has a huge tub! We played ping pong, darts, board games, golf. The kids had fun it the pool. Everything was clean. The host was super nice and very fast to respond. I have nothing negative to say about this place. I 100% recommend.

What A Surprise!

Plunging into unknown territory is not an easy feat even if you do intense homework to find the perfect location and house to meet all your very needs. Well this one delivered and what made it a standout was the owner, Mike who went above beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant and since he lives close by he was available for any questions and issues if they arose which was important to me. The house was spacious, very well stocked and comfortable for our group with a lovely heated pool. We are hikers so the surrounding hills were a daily adventure and the trails very manageable with beautiful views. Scottsdale is a decent thirty minutes for some buzz and shopping, but plenty of eateries close by for some good food. Sedona is close to two hours but well worth the trek for some stunning scenery unlike anything else we have ever seen with the majestic red rock monuments towering into the open skies. Splurge for a scenic plane ride if you can...it takes your breath away for the short twelve minutes of memorable flying with very confident reassuring pilots. 4 wheeling in the desert wasn't on my list but we were coerced into it and what an adventure, less than than hour away at Black Rock Canyon. A great way to experience desert country for sure! A great time in a beautiful place. Thank you Mike.... we will be back!
