This amazing home offers comfort and convenience in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, fully furnished house and relaxing patio in backyard complete with BBQ, ready to enjoy your afternoon cocktails. Our house has wireless internet, air conditioning, full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, laundry, large T.V. with Roku. This 1900 sq foot home complete with a large laundry area, which also includes a sofa sleeper, plus outdoor patio and garage. This residence is centrally located to an abundance of amenities including 8 golf courses, 8 Sun City fitness centers/pools (for those 55+ and their guests who purchases monthly passes), and baseball Spring Training sites (5.7 miles to Peoria Sports Complex-Mariners and Padres, 10 miles to Camelback Ranch Complex-Dodgers and White Sox, 22 miles to Goodyear Ballpark-Reds & Indians, 8.5 miles to the Arizona Cardinal State Farm Stadium). Enjoy the comfort of a charming home while vacationing in sunny Arizona!

- This unit is located in a retirement community and children under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay for more than 30 days. Great location and super cute

Wonderful Stay

It was wonderful staying at this home. Lots of space and room for my young kids to run and play. Rooms for everyone in our party that was there. Everything for cleaning and cooking on site. How was easy to get ahold of and communicated very well. Would stay here again.

Felt like home

This is our second stay here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time. We ran into a few minor issues however Reva was very responsive and quick to resolve the issues to our satisfaction.

Family reunion and visit with family friends.

This VRBO rental met all of our needs and went beyond expectations in terms of layout, spaciousness, cleanliness, and amenities. Everyone in our party was impressed with the accommodations. I would definitely book this property for a future return visit.

Convenient home in Sun City

The house was perfect for my family. It was great to have our own place to stay while we were visiting relatives in Sun City for the holidays .The house was very spacious and the host was very kind and informative.

Much needed time away

My daughter and I needed a quiet retreat after losing my husband. This property was perfect! Quiet neighborhood (met the neighbors and they are lovely). The house is very nice and cozy. A lot of room and very clean. The host was quick to answer questions and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Clean. Room and quiet neighborhood

Met our expectations and listing was accurate to what we experienced. Allowed us to relax on a week long trip to Arizona. Would considering returning here in the future. House stocked with all needed items and owner was easy to communicate with. Covered patio allowed you to enjoy the outside if you needed some shade from the Arizona warmth.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. The location is fantastic and we were close to golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The neighborhood was very friendly and it was great to take walks or just hang out in the back. The home is also close to main roads and a freeway to make it convenient to travel to other locations. Nothing ever seemed to far from here. The furnishings are updated, beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything I needed when I made a big meal. My husband loved the bbq and made use of it a lot. The host was fantastic and was quick to respond when I had a question. We loved it so much we already booked another stay here.

Amazing propert!

As a family of five (3 children) we need a lot of space. This property fit us perfectly! Everyone got there own room! They had everything we could need! Pots/pans and dishes to make breakfast, lunch or dinner! I appreciated the back patio was fenced in to "contain" my children from wandering! The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable! And they had lots of linen/towels! It was so convenient to be able to wash/dry our clothes so when we got home we didn't have to start a load of laundry before getting back to the grind! I would recommend this home 1000 x over! We will definitely be staying here again in our next visit.
