Take advantage of a private bocce ball court, bicycles, boat dock, beach gear, outdoor grill, and a gorgeous pool and spa. Within minutes, you can boat, kayak, or paddleboard to Big Pass or Sarasota Bay to enjoy the open water or a nearby sandbar.

This charming Key West–style home boasts wraparound porches and ample gathering spaces both indoors and out. With multiple sleeping areas, a pool, spa, bocce ball, ping pong, an elevator, and more, it offers something for everyone to enjoy.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy full access to the home and all resort amenities. Bring your own boat or rent one to make the most of the boat dock with direct water access.
