Maison de 5 chambres avec 5 bains. La reconstruction complĂšte en 2014 est COMPLÈTE ET PRÊTE POUR VOUS avec une nouvelle cuisine, des murs, des revĂȘtements de sol, un Ă©clairage, des terrasses, une PISCINE CHAUFFÉE et se trouve sur le magnifique systĂšme de canaux ... tirez votre bateau jusqu'Ă  la maison. Marchez jusqu'au village de Siesta ou Ă  la plage. Vous voulez conduire Ă  la plage et vous garer Ă  la plage? Le propriĂ©taire a un endroit sĂ»r pour vous directement sur la plage pour une voiture.
Veuillez lire attentivement ... Nous recherchons des clients matures, des familles seules pour louer notre maison privée. Nous ne recherchons pas plusieurs familles. C'est notre maison d'hiver et à la recherche de quelques clients chaque année. Si votre groupe est plus grand que 6 ou, appelez-nous pour discuter. Veuillez remplir le formulaire VRBO en indiquant correctement le nombre total d'invités sur ou visitant la propriété pendant votre séjour.

Ron is the best! The house is perfect! The outdoor area is amazing and you can not beat the location, walk to everything. The beach parking spot is the icing on the cake.

This property is spacious and was well equipped to suit all our family needs for the week. Access to a bathroom from the outside patio was a huge plus! Beautiful Siesta Key home

The house is beautiful and had more than enough room for the 6 of us. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool and hot tub the most. It's so close to the beach and downtown Siesta Key, you can walk there.

Amazing property that was perfect for our family. The host was truly one of the best we have ever worked with and was able to answer any questions that we had. Perfect quiet home where you could relax after a day at the beach. The property is well maintained and welcoming. We also appreciated the great ideas for shops, grocers and restaurants. Loved everything about staying here. Beautiful clean home with many amenities. We enjoyed the pool-took our SUP in the canal-fished from the backyard and relaxed in the comfort of the living area. Having the parking spot close to the beach was a lifesaver too. Location was great to walk to the restaurants and shops and the teens loved riding the provided bikes in town for açaí bowls and boba tea. Highly recommend staying here.

Great time at home in Siesta Key

Girls trip for a week, 5 of us shared house & had plenty of room! Beautiful home inside & out! Walking distance to village. Parking spot at beach was ideal. Loved pool & jacuzzi! Perfect area to sit outside & relax. Owner Ron was easy to communicate with, responded to text quickly. Already planning trip back next year! It is by far the most perfect place to stay in Siesta Key!!

Home Away from Home

We traveled from the UK to this lovely home where we felt at home. Ron, the host is fantastic, always available if needed to answer a question. The home is super clean, spacious with a beautiful pool and view. We walked into the village and beach everyday. Lots of shops handy, restaurants too. We all highly recommend it. Cheers!

I returned to my native town of Springfield Mo and built a 500 unit student housing portfolio. After 16 years of running University Properties, I started moving assets to the NNN leasing market AND vacation rentals...specifically Siesta Key, FL. Its the best rental real estate you can do, as the clients are the best, and your providing a great product in a wonderful setting.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This property was boarded up when I found it into 2013. "Lost" off the books of a major bank in 2008, it was begging for restoration. I love rehab projects, and this home had great bones, but lots of neglect. As usual as most projects, it ran way over budget, but it was a lot of fun to bring it back to life. We are very pleased to offer it on a very selected basis when we are not occupying it.
