Awesome place

We have stayed now in two different condos at the Magnolia House. The grounds are always being cared for and looks so beautiful. The tram ride over the the beach is so convenient. The management company was always helpful and very polite. I would definitely stay at Magnolia House again.

Relaxing

Had a great trip & stay at the Magnolia house! It was relaxing and the new pool is fab! Only issue we had were the bed pillows kept going down in between the mattress & headboard! lol Have been coming to Destin Pointe for a long time & it never disappoints! Just love this little area of Destin.

Birthday/Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I had a fabulous stay at Destin Pointe Vacation Rentals! Our condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable! What we loved the most was the amazing view of the ocean, sand dunes and pool deck below! We enjoyed coffee on our balcony every morning and cocktails/wine every afternoon/evening! It was an amazing time…thanks!

Great stay except the noise

Condo, location etc are all great and have been to Magnolia House many times. Drawbacks - the noise - the next door condo must have been renovating as there was constant noise early morning, 1 elevator was out of service for the entire stay, and one night the pool was not closed until after 11pm and so the rowdy hot tub occupants along with their loud music was really annoying.

Great stay, needs updated dryer

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great. Did several loads of laundry due to the small washer and dryer. Was very careful toale them small. We have several marks on our light shirts from the lint trap where there is some rust. Not angry, just should be checked out.

Great view

The property has an amazing view! Overall the place is nice but needs some change out of things. The coach and pillows had several spots on and them and really uncomfortable. Some of the shelves in the bathroom were falling off the wall and the bed is way too soft making it hard to sleep. The dishes I think were supposed to have 5 settings but some were missing and the toaster needs replaced.

Fun in the sun

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia House, especially the views. This particular unit was nice but we didn’t love the bed with the mattress topper and this may just be a personal preference. The bathroom could really use redoing. We loved the tall chairs on the porch and sat in them every day. We will definitely stay at the Magnolia House again but may look at a different unit.

One of the things we didn’t care for that when we have stayed at the Magnolia House before the condo we better stocked like 408 didn’t have extra trash bags, just two towels and wash cloths, no stuff line salt or pepper

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're delighted to learn that your overall experience during your stay in Destin was enjoyable. It's true that we provide a starter set of items like trash bags to help guests get settled before they have a chance to stock up during their stay. However, please know that we're always here on-site and more than happy to supply additional necessities, whether it's extra towels, washcloths, or anything else you might need. Your comfort is our priority. Regarding pantry items such as salt and pepper, we've chosen not to keep them to ensure the highest quality standards. Nevertheless, your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will certainly take it into consideration as we continually strive to enhance our guests' experiences. We look forward to the opportunity of hosting you in Destin once again in the near future!
