We had a great girl’s weekend here. Everything we needed and very comfortable. My elderly mom uses a walker and was able to get around perfectly. Host was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

There wasn’t any room to put our clothes away in the main bedroom on the first floor. We would have had to live out of our suitcases. We moved things up to the second floor bedroom and that was fine. The home is wonderful and in a beautiful area.

Great home in beautiful location

Our family traveled to the area to watch our college son play baseball, and this was a perfect home base. The home was spotless and comfortable, and the host was gracious and hospitable. We really enjoyed the quiet setting, and watching the birds in the trees and feeders. We would 100% stay here again!

Rick was one of the kindest and overall best hosts we’ve ever experienced on any platform with rentals. Incredibly responsive in communication and with information about things ‘to do’ around the area, we couldn’t have asked for a better host experience. The cabin was perfect for us. Quiet, off the beaten path, but close to restaurants and other experiences. Definitely a wonderful experience and retreat. Even though it was cold out, plenty of wildlife made their presence known as well. Would be delighted to stay once again in the future!

A quick trip for us to see our two nephews graduate. Beautiful property! Nice location between Johnson Creek and Watertown. So much better than a stuffy small hotel room! Highly recommend this property for a peaceful vacation!

Lodging for Family Reunion Trip

In a single word....Perfect!!! We drove up from Ohio and rented the log home for 5 nights as a "base of operation" to attend a family reunion in Oconomowoc, WI. The house was clean, roomy, beautiful, and affordable (compared to what we would have experienced in a hotel). The host was great!

Golf Trip

Rick was great host! Property surrounded by the Wisconsin cornfields meaning very quiet and beautiful property. But also short drives to small towns as well as Madison and Milwaukee. Perfect spot for our 3-state golf swing - Wisconsin, Michigan and Iowa. Thanks Rick!

Girls weekend

First time staying in a lived in Vrbo, kind of strange to me. I will inquire before I book in the future. That being said property was beautiful, host communicated well.

I move out and the guests have full run of the house (except my office and basement storage). My friend and I used this place as a home base to catch a pair of Brewer games. The place has a rustic, cabin feel that was perfect for us. Actually it had more than we needed. There was a game room in the basement and a three-sided wrap-around deck with a grill outside. This would be a great place for a family getaway or a friends get together.

Such a great space for our family with multiple kids traveling. Love how much room there was for us to run and play with kids outdoors. Every floor having a bathroom and shower was a huge plus too. Thankful for our stay here and would come again!
