Everything about this unit was great, from the host to the cleanliness to the location. The kitchen is very well-equipped with dishes, utensils, appliances and pantry items. We grilled one night and found everything we needed. Super comfortable and spacious for our family of 6 adults. Access to the pools and hot tubs was a great bonus! I would definitely recommend as a home base for exploring the Palm Desert area.

Wonderful stay

Great apartment in a good location. Apartment was very well equipped and had everything for a comfortable stay. Host very responsive and positive. Would recommend for those seeking a quiet vacation in a lovely setting close to many amenities and services.

Amazing stay

My friends and I stayed here for Coachella and it was beyond our expectations. Jasmine, it was so easy to communicate with and super responsive. The property was beautiful super clean and had more than everything we needed. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful desert getaway!

We spent a week at this property and were very pleased. It was clean and very well stocked, probably better equipped than any other property we have rented. Hosts were very prompt to respond to any questions.

Super clean, great value, great location!

Everything was perfect! The condo had plenty of room for us three mature golfers providing all the comforts of home. We loved the proximity of the resort to all the great Palm Desert golf courses. We'll definitely be back next year!

Quiet and comfortable

One of the best measures of a good property is whether we would come back again - and the answer is a definite ‘Yes’. And Jasmine was an extremely helpful and communicative host.

The house was very nice, clean and well equipped. The master bedroom bed was super comfortable and all the linens were great. We had everything to cook at home, and a nice cooler with ice bricks to take food on our side trips. The grill worked great, and we appreciated sharp knives in the kitchen! The house had a very efficient HVAC system - we were always comfortable temperature wise. The bathroom was very clean, updated, and plenty of towels. The pool/hot tub was a one minute walk across the street, which we used almost daily. Jasmine checked in after we had been there for a day or so, to see how things were going. She promptly responded to our questions. We would definitely recommend staying at this house, and hope we can again!

Awesome girls getaway

I stayed at this home for 5 nights with 2 girlfriends. We had a fabulous time playing tennis and enjoying the Coachella valley offerings. The house is as described, very clean, and well stocked with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The owner communicates extremely well and provides enough detail for a seamless stay. I would definitely come back. Thank you Jasmine & Kevin!

Great option for a group

We very much enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The home felt spacious, and extremely well-equipped, especially the kitchen! The owner, Jasmine was a highly responsive and first-rate communicator. We came during the Indian Wells tennis tournament, which meant that the tennis courts weren't really open to us. On the other hand, you'll find lots of pickle ball and golf availability.

Wonderful Week

We had a wonderful week. The condo was beautiful, clean, well maintained and extremely well stocked with all of the essentials you could think of and much more! The owner was fantastic to deal with. The community was beautiful and very well maintained. The golf course was well manicured and the pickle ball facility and tennis courts were unbelievable! We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in paradise. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again. A great experience. Highly recommend. 5 Plus Stars

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic home and I must say, it was an absolute delight! From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless. The first thing that struck me upon arrival was just how immaculate the place was. It was clear that the hosts had gone to great lengths to ensure that everything was sparkling clean and in pristine condition. The attention to detail was impressive, and it really made me feel like I was staying in a high-end home. The home itself was stunning, with plenty of natural light flooding in through the windows and an airy, open feel that made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The furnishings were tasteful and modern, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I also appreciated the fact that there was plenty of storage space, which is always a plus when you're traveling. As for the location, it couldn't have been better. The home was situated in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that felt safe and secure, yet was still within easy reach of all the major attractions. Last but certainly not least, the hosts themselves were simply wonderful. They were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed. This stay truly exceeded all of my expectations and I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and convenient place to stay in this city, look no further - this is the one!

Fantastic Property

We were so lucky to stay in this fantastic property for 9 weeks this winter. This property has been completely refurbished with no expense spared. It is bright and spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly need is there and of the highest quality. The kitchen is outfitted with high end dishes, cutlery and appliances. The furnishings throughout are beautiful and very comfortable. The mattresses are incredible, best sleep we have had in ages. The linens are very good quality and plentiful. There are several pools minutes from the property to enjoy. The Complex is meticulously maintained. The golf and tennis facilities are fantastic. I can’t say enough about what a great job Jasmine has done in making this such a beautiful Desert Getaway Property. On arrival checking in at the Security Gate was easy, all pre arranged in advance, entry to the property was simple. From our first contact right through to our departure Jasmine was incredible to deal with. She has thought of everything. She was very responsive to any questions we had and also did quick email check ins with us several times during our stay to see how things were going and if there was anything we needed. We have used VRBO for several years for our vacations and I would have to say this is the best property we have stayed in a very long time. If you get the opportunity to stay in this property, don’t pass it up. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jasmine and Kevin for sharing your beautiful property with us!
