Modern stylish, fun, super clean and newly remodeled condo close to the hubbub of Pearl St. the buzz of bars and restaurants, coffee shops, spas, markets and shopping. Heated Pool on site.
Also walking distance to many hiking and Mtn bike trail heads and rock climbing. Walking distance to tube the Boulder creek in summer and use a city bike to bike the River trail.
Set in among the streets of the Historic District of Boulder. Please note that along with our modern/contemporary design the staircase has no handrail until you reach the landing. Please take this into account when traveling with older ones or young children!

Great condo at a great location

My sons and I were visited Boulder to tour UCB and do some hiking in the mountains. This rental was perfect for our needs - clean, nicely appointed, and quiet. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay with thoughtful hosts!

This property exceeded our expectations. The space was clean and perfectly located within easy walking distance to pearl street, which made exploring convenient. The hosts were also very thoughtful. They left us snacks, helpful maps and local brochures, and even told us to help ourselves to anything remaining in the fridge. These generous gestures made us feel welcomed. We would definitely book here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Great location!

The condo was a very short walk to Pearl Street and super convenient. It is decorated very nicely. The modern stairs are bit scary without a full handrail. This is a good property for a couple or business traveler who wants easy access to the best parts of Boulder.

Perfect Location

We were in Boulder for our son’s graduation. The property was a short (less than 10 minute) drive to campus and great hiking trails, and a 4 block walk to Pearl Street. The property was newly renovated and impeccably clean with super comfortable beds. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable condo in a great Boulder location

We came into town for the CU Homecoming weekend. We were able to walk to both Pearl Street and Campus which made everything very easy. The condo was also 2 blocks from a nice grocery store and a great bakery. Super easy and comfortable.

Adorable Condo, Great Location!

This was a very comfortable condo, very close to Pearl Street. The beds were extra comfy and the entire place was well decorated with beautiful artwork throughout. There were quite a few steps to get there, but we didn’t have a problem with that. It was quiet and had everything we needed. Especially loved the location. Very satisfied!

Convenient and welcoming

The property was located conveniently close to the CU campus. The host did an excellent job of giving entry and parking instructions for a late night arrival. The welcome note and basket full of goodies was a thoughtful touch upon arrival. It was clean and comfortable and I would stay there again.

This condo is very well located within Boulder and was very clean and well appointed On the negative side, there are no TV’s and no handrails on the stars between the living area and bedrooms. We are in our late 60’s and found this to be dangerous.
