Split your days between the beach and pool when you make this gorgeous retreat your home base seaside holiday. Less than a block from the beach, the home also includes access to an on-site pool, located at the end of the community's private cul-de-sac. There are some great local dining options to discover along 30A and you can explore a pristine slice of Coastal Florida at several nearby state parks, including Grayton Beach, Deer Lake, Camp Helen, and Point Washington State Forest.

At home, sip coffee on the covered front porch, and make the most of sunny skies with happy hours or alfresco meals on the back patio.

The main-floor interior features a spacious, open floor plan with plenty of room to gather. Plan family-style meals with ease in the well-equipped full kitchen, and after the day's adventures, unwind on the living room sectional to stream shows and movies on the smart TV. Modern home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place is disgusting

The location of this property was great. The outside curb appeal was pretty. The front porch was spacious. The backyard was nonexistent and the outdoor table had no cover so there was no sitting outside. The kitchen and living room are both spacious. The paint has scuffs all over the house and the white baseboards were nastily chipped all throughout the home. The couch was nasty and dingy and smelled awful. The pans and silverware still had food on them. One of the bedrooms had a bare mattress like a cheap motel. The other guest bedroom so so clearly crammed with a dresser and a tv shoved behind it awkwardly. The master bedroom had a tv in it the size of a small laptop. The master bathroom had a crappy shower curtain that leaked water all over the floor. There were nasty splotches of different color paints on the wall. Should I continue? This place is disgusting and I would b we recommend it to anyone.

Great stay for 6 + dog

Very nice property, 3-min walk to the beach + 25 stairs down to beach, quiet neighborhood with nice shared pool. Pet friendly but well kept, beach chairs & toys were available. We’d love to stay here again!

Great Spot!

Great location and perfect for families - beach access in either direction and theirs a bike rental place right next to the property! Seaside square is also only a 9 minute bike ride away. Will definitely be back in the future!

Pete’s Palace was Perfect

We were there for a girls trip and it was perfect for the 6 of us. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to the beach with easy access to everything around. We would stay again.

Follow-up

Place was very clean and had mostly what we needed for our stay, but the fridge water filter's light was red early in our stay. I contacted them on a Saturday, and by late Monday morning, the day we left, it was still not changed. I'm not sure how they are about communication and follow through on everything else, but that was just our experience.

Cozy Home easy walk to beach

The house was clean and as advertised. We had an issue connecting to the wi-fi but it was quickly resolved. The neighborhood was quiet and low traffic so our kids were able to ride their bikes up and down the road without us worrying about them. The walk to the beach was a quick 5 minutes. We loved having the outdoor shower for getting sand off once back. It really aided in cleaning up our toddlers. We would definitely stay here again.

Break at the Beach

Nice place. Great location. Property showing a lot of wear and tear. Some light bulbs out. Made a maintenance request never responded. Lamp broken, table plug broken , sink drain plug in master bathroom needs repaired. Bedding covers aged. Feel owner not being told or either does not care.

Stay at Seagrove

This house was perfect! Very clean, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Communication was clear and we were even able to check in early. Really liked the location. We would stay at the house again and highly recommend it.

Love Pete’s Palace

Great location and home was very comfortable. Stairs are steep to the master bedroom, but the layout of the home is perfect for a family. I would definitely recommend this pet friendly home! Our dog loved the porch!!

Nice!!

Pete’s Place was really nice and in the perfect spot!!! Beach access is right across the street (Campbell St.) and the house was clean. In other reviews there have been claims that is house is lacking in proper items. Hate to say I agree. While we knew to bring our own beach towels etc etc I didn’t think this house would be without a broom. 6 days without a broom between 2 kids and the beach the floors were getting nasty.

Perfect location

It was the perfect location for a 3 day event we were invited to. From the front porch you can see the Gulf between 2 buildings. Wonderful salty breeze made for relaxing outside with friends. The home is large and open for a family gathering. The Jack & Kill bathroom was great! Each side had a toilet and vanity sink. Only shared bath/shower area. Upstairs Master bedroom is huge and nice outside balcony. Only thing that was disappointing was how small one of the bedrooms is. It can only accommodate a full mattress, it could have a Queen but it would leave little space on each side. This is not result of owner, just an unfortunate mistake architect made. Kitchen, Dining Room and Family is open and love the large sofa.

Great location, lacking amenities.

The location is great. It is lacking amenities - there are no beach chairs, beach towels, hair dryers, etc. to allow you to have a successful beach weekend. The TV is also difficult/didnt work for streaming.
